We received a friendly welcome even, and staff helped us out by speaking English really well. The menu has local dishes and burgers, steaks etc. We ordered burgers & steaks and the quality was excellent, great quality meats and homemade mayo and tomato sauce were...a lovely touch. Good local beers on the menu. Other guests were also friendly & I'd highly recommend it to tourists.More

In Prague with friends, and when we saw the name of the restaurant we thought we couldn't go wrong. We were very much mistaken. After our orders were taken, we waited over an hour for anything to appear. At which point, two of the six...main courses turned up. 10 minutes later, the two sharing starters arrived. Finally, another 10 minutes later the last 4 mains were served. There seemed to be complete confusion amongst the staff on how restaurants work. By far the worst dining experience I've had so far in 2023. There are so many good places to eat in Prague - avoid this one at all costs.More

This place meets an expectation to eat well and have a beer after your arrive at the hostel and don`t plan to visit the city. It`s in the basement of the building, nicely furnished and this time with Czech hockey league live on screen. Just...take your room, eat and drink well, then dream sweet. Must say that the home made dessert was really no.1. Served with a smile and well recommended by great staff!More

Local grub at very reasonable prices. Dishes of varying quality. Very rich cuisine sometimes tending on stodginess. A roast beef was similar to cardboard and I enjoyed more the accompanying dumpling, while a pork belly was vey tasty and duly melt-in-the-mouth, coming in a bun...and with some kimchi on the side - more of it, or of the fermented radish, or indeed of any vegetable, would have been welcome. A couple of salads were just about OK. In sum, far from memorable but an acceptable place for a local dinner that doesn't break the bank. Don't go if you are vegetarian or love vegetables.More

Bad serive and bad food. All four burgers had raw bacon in them (not undercooked, but completely raw). Additionaly there was hair in the food and the "home made lemonade" was sparkling water with a small slice of lemon in it.

I ate here while staying in Meetme23 hotel located in the same building. Food was good and the service was excellent. They do serve traditional Czech dishes and the beer was fantastic.

Nice place but the service was extremely slow, the waiter had 9 tables to wait on his own (!) , and he was very stressed. We were not welcomed, or seated, at some point I just took some menucards my self.. after like 15 mins...we could order…after 10 more minutes we still didnt have the drinks, so I go to the waiter in the bar and offers him to pick up our drinks (to help him) but he is extremely inpolite, and rolls his eyes… I had to very hungry kids and thought they could manage if they at least had their drinks.but he told me to go back and wait for the drinks (5 more minutes) approx. 45 minutes after we arrived to the restaurant we got the food, (very simple dishes) after seing many guests who arrived later than we, getting their food… I feel bad for the waiter he was obviously running his socks off.. but still not ok service at all…. The food was fine when it arrived.More

It does not happen very often, that I am feeling for a beer after a days work, but after a day of long travel on the train, afterwards one meeting after the other and a couple of hard decisions the name of the restaurant felt...just like what the doctor had ordered. The atmosphere of the place is modern and fresh, but at the same time had something very inviting. The beer was perfectly kept, the food sensational and the service really, really attentive and well executed. The only thing that I would change if I had to was the location. But yet again, for a place that close to the train station it was great. I would never have thought that it would turn out a really pleasant evening with culinary delights and friendly ambience and fantastic service.More

Really delicious Czech food, well cooked, spicy and strong if that is characteristic to your choice. Everything served in a warm and welcoming restaurant and a really friendly personell. The price is really fair. Go there, and enjoy.

This restaurant is close to the Prague hl.n and has a lovely interior. We had a burger and a medium rare oyster blade steak and both have been really good. I had burgers I liked more and the fries were mediocre, but the steak has...been absolutely tasty with each bite. Can recommend!More
