Cozy restaurant, friendly service, tasty food. Pnork knee, duck and steak unmissable. Steak potatoes are not known, the potato chips are a little dry

Traditional Czech cuisine being served in original Manastery building. Really tasty dishes indeed supported by original surrounding and atmosphere. If only service (on all stages, from booking process up to paying the bill) could be better...

Whether you are visiting this lovely Benedict monastery (Břevnovský Klášter), make sure you visit this restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, prompt service, good food and good beer! Prices mid-range. Lovely to sit outside and to enjoy the beer brewed on premises (by the 9 resident monks!). The...More

Restaurant is placed on the territory of an acting monastery with great atmosphere, tasty food, nice garden and very helpful staff. Restaurant is always crowded, however not with the tourists and better make reservation beforetime. My favourite traditional Czech restaurant in Prague.

I had duck(kachna) and my husband had the pork ribs(zebra), and both were amazing. Big portions, great stuff and great beer. Also the prices are low in comparisson to other locations

Near the end of Tramline 22 locates Klasterni Senk restaurant. Selfmade monk beer and athmospere of the tavern were really good. Prices are very reasonable.

Don't even think about showing up without a reservation. This place has become deservedly popular, even though it looks far away on the map. In fact, it isn't (it's only minutes from downtown on the 22 tram), but when you arrive you'll feel like you've...More

I just had the best meal in Czech Republic. The pork knee is amazing. I hoped I had visited this place before. Today is my last day here.

The hours here and on the website claim that Klasterni Senk closes at 11:00 pm. Is that just the restaurant (and the "bar" stays open if you want to stay and drink), or is that when they actually close the door and shut out the lights on the place?

I believe it's the time they actually close. When I had dinner there, we left sometimes before 22h. After a walk, I passed by the restaurant and it was closed.

We have dined there on many occasions, and have paid by both cash and credit/debit cards.... Another recommendation is to make a reservation by phone or on their website form (they speak English very well), 1 day in advance... More
