About
The Asian menu of the Sia restaurant is based on the traditional recipes, procedures and technologies which we connected with the experience and ideas of the international team of the chef Jiří Štift. Under his management, the menu is prepared in cooperation of the cooks from Indonesia, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Moravia and China.

We ordered the 1/2 peking duck and it was delicious. When you ordered 1/2 of the duck, you will get the berasa duck and 10 pancake to go with it. Then they will prepare the duck legs separately and you can have it with fried...rice or fried noodles. The shomay was also good But the pastry was too thick to my like. However the soy sauce with it was really special. Fresh taste and compliment the shiomay. The only not so good experience we had was with the waiterss who kept on coming to us saking if we are finish so that she can take out the plate that was still full of food which I found really rude. She can’t even wait to ask until we were done talking so she kept on interrupting our conversation. Other than this waitress issue everything was good.More

Great atmosphere. Three different cooking stations on 3 different floors. Concept like China Live in San Francisco but that is where it ends. Shrimp dim sum dumplings were perfect. Lite and fresh the har gow was hard and over stuffed with a chewy dough covering...not delicate and light. The long bao was just inedible. Frozen Trader Joes packages are better. Really heavy dough almost dumpling in texture. The stir fry wok dishes were really good. Everyone oround us were eating Peking duck which looked ok but after having it in China many times we passed on it. Drinks were good with a well priced wine list. I would go back again and try some dishes from the Japanese/Korean kitchen.More

- nice decor for a Chinese restaurant (no trash) - interesting selection of dishes on the menu (duck specialty) the only remark is that in the case of duck, there should be sauces that are not sweet

This place is a must when in Prague!!! Recommended by friends we had to try it, We had the prawn dumplings and the Duck they were absolutely delicious, the desert was the best we have ever had and the cocktails are unreal try the Yozora...not only does it taste so good but looks so pretty. Our waiter Petr a young guy with so much charisma was unbelievably knowledgeable with all the dishes and drinks and we will definitely be returning to Sia for a great dining experience and atmosphere. Thank youMore

We came here after recommendations of friends who visited Prague a month before us. Delicious! We love peking duck and upon seeing it on the menu, obviously had to try it. The traditional duck course for 2 people included course 1 which is duck breast...with hoisin, plum sauce, crunchy veggies & sesame pancakes. Course 2 was duck legs fried rice. The duck was prepared excellently. For starters we shared shumai & xiao long bao, but we were very full. Honestly just the duck course would have satisfied our appetites. The cocktails are nice too. We've had enough dimsum & duck in our life to know how to eat it and were excited when the waiters would bring the food and explain authentically how to eat it. Great experience, would definitely recommend you come and check it out if you're ever in Prague!More

The lunch menu is definitely recommendable. It changes every day and is way cheaper than the normal menu (which is a bit on the pricier side). Excellent atmosphere inside, staff is friendly and very efficient. Do make a reservation though, the place was packed every...time we passed there.More
