Superb place

Went for the Europa Conference League final, the serving staff were fabulous, they didn't miss a beat, Olivia was superb, and what a gorgeous person she is, worked so hard to make it a great night, a great four days and nights.

McCarthy's is the best place in Prague for all your favorite matches for sure. Glad you enjoyed your time with us while you were visiting. You have to come back and say hi next time you are in town! Thanks again!

Prague weekend

Great food and great staff in well run pub in good location , good for watching sport, prices cheaper than other Irish bars

Friendly staff and tasty food

Visiting Prague for the first time, found this place on Google, and very glad I did. I ordered a steak, which was the best steak I've had, so tasty. Natalie the waitress was ever so accommodating, she was so friendly, and we had a lovely...conversation with her. Live Music and premier league on which was an added bonus.More

Great ambient and very fun

Great bar for guys and gals fans of football, loud conversations, good mood and great beer. Don't let the outdoors fool you, it's huge inside and has great ambient. A bit of a let down was the food, steak and hamburger were very plain. But...go for the hang out, not the food.More

Great football night

The potato with cheese was tasty. The staff is kind and cheerful. Beer choices were less than I expected but it's enough. We had a great football night via big screens as it should be in an Irish Pub...We enjoyed our visit.

Irish food

Great Irish fish and chips! The service was pretty slow and we were one of 5 groups in the whole bar for lunch. Great stop from the heat

Best Irish pub in Prague

Great Guinness in Prague

My husband and I recently had some drinks at McCarthys in Prague after a friend recommended their Guinness. The Guinness was very good.

Every time I visit Prague I come to this pub.. Excellent service, atmosphere and food! The live music is brilliant and they show all the sports games.. Definitely recommend. Slightly more expensive than Czech places but you’re paying for the experience and atmosphere!More

overpriced tourist trap

My Husband had a beer. When local beer is so cheap this is very overpriced. Even in the town square there is cheaper. I had the cocktail of the day. Should have been 99CZK was charged the full price. When challenged the bar man said...oh yes I forgot. We had just landed and had a long walk and needed a rest. Will not be resting here again.More

Great Pub

The prices are a bit higher than that of the local area, but paying for the atmosphere, the standard price of a pint is around, 120 crown = £5, as to the centre of prague new town 50 crown approx £2. Went to see the...rugby Scotland v England prior to that the Ireland v Wales game was on, the atmosphere was fab. If ever back.in Prague it's the place to go.More

Best Irish Bar in Prague

We had amazing nights in Mc Carthys bar. The food was top notch and the staff were very friendly. Very relaxed a busy bar with live music every night! Olivia and her team looked after us very well.

Hi Sandra, we are indeed. The pub will open at 12:00 on both 24th and 25th until 00:00. And our kitchen will be open until 21:00 each day. I can reserve a table for you for no problem at all.
