Phenomenal experience all around! This is top 3 meals I have eaten. Did the whole 15 course tasting with wine pairing and champagne to start. Unique food that won’t be any worse than a Michelin star restaurant and wine was chosen and paired beautifully showcasing Czech and German style wines. It won’t be cheap ($700 for 2 15 courses + 8 wines and champagne to start) BUT you will remember this and you will be dining and conversing with your date for 3-4 hours guaranteed. They only do one sitting a night so no one will be bugging you to turn over the table. This is not a dinner, it’s an experience! Bravo to the chef!

My boyfriend and I chose this venue to celebrate our anniversary together. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are incredibly attentive to you and to detail. It is very exclusive as there are only a few tables available at one time, so booking in advance is recommended. The restaurant itself embodies the earth theme through its dishes and the setting in the restaurant (birds singing, waterfall sounds etc) The chef himself comes out to bring your courses to you throughout (not every single course, the staff also assist) and explains in detail about the dishes. It was very authentic and a nice touch. Each dish was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible, full of flavour. We only had a few bottles of wine, but they can recommend wine pairings throughout your courses if required. It is a very expensive experience (8000 kc inc 3-4 small bottles of sparkling sake) but you get what you pay for.

How to describe our night at Levitate...
From the first to the last of the 15 courses you’ll be transported.
The food is awesome, with a lot of surprising associations. The service is like a partition played at perfection, with serenity. The chef will often come to your table, serving special dishes or just to get sure that everything is going well.
All of this in a beautiful space with vegetal walls, asian inspiration, and forest sonor atmosphere...
It was a tasty, touching, amazing experience.
Definitely worth the price.

This is not just a 15-course dinner, but an experience! Welcomed by excellent and friendly staff you immediately feel the speciality of this place, surrounded by the elements. The menu is built up of several sets of little dishes of meat, veggies or fish, with delicate tastes and fine display. The pairing wines are to die for and the sommelier knows how to introduce them, to anybody, whether you are a connoisseur or a beginner in wine drinking. And not only the food is special, all plates and cutlery are chosen for each dish! Chef Chu regularly came out of his kitchen to serve and explain a meal at our table himself. We had a wonderful evening!

Didn't know what to expect, but this was special. Small restaurant, lots of space, no attempt to crowd in covers. Chef cooks and delivers the food to you, every plate with amazing attention to detail. 15 course degustation is a bit too much to get through and walk away. Think waddle instead. Very impressive and versatile. Some dishes didn't quite work for us, whereas others were up there with the Fat Duck as signature dishes. Looking forward to going back

We had dinner on Levitate this friday, and I must say, it has been the best experience I ever had dining in Prague.
The interior is beautifully designed in a way that both your eyes and ears will make you feel like you are in touch with nature while sitting there.
The staff is nothing short of amazing. The service level here is the same as that i see in 2-star Michelin restaurants - they are very polite, very explaining in regards to their absolutely amazing dishes, and their beautiful wines.
All tables get a chance to talk to the head chef, to get a chance to get some more in depth knowledge about the thoughts of each dish - I really liked that.
Also their sommelier, who was able to do a perfect match for each course, switched in a second from english to french, to talk to the couple sitting at the table next to ours. It was easy to see that it made them feel right at home being able to talk in their native language.
The food itself is so beautiful, it's very easy to see that nothing is left to chance. The flavors were astonishing and plentiful.
All in all, this is undoubtedly a must visit if you get the chance to do so.
I know for sure that I will be coming back to this place on my next travel to Prague.

From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant we were made extremely welcome by everyone. The concept of the meal was very well explained and the passion showed through in the explanation of every single dish brought to the table. The wine pairing worked exceptionally well and we tried dishes we would never have been brave enough to had we been ordering from a menu. Exactly how the combination of the ingredients worked I have no idea, but this was a tasting experience which went far beyond any expectations we had. Well done to the chef for such a culinary experience and we can highly recommend Levitate to anyone wanting to try something very special and different when visiting Prague.

We came in October 2021 for my birthday - the food was incredible, all incredibly interesting and very delicious. All the staff were a delight and clearly very passionate but a particular shout out to the very charming sommelier who made the evening for us with his insights on the wine and how they were selected for each dish. A highly recommended dining experience.

Wonderful evening at Levitate. The food was superb with creative combinations of flavours and ingredients. Service and ambience was impeccable. Other reviewers have already said it but this was superior to many of the Michelin-starred restaurants we've been to. Surely at a minimum one star must be on its way soon

The food was ok!
I think the waiter with the blue eyes is unacceptable.
They offered us a welcome drink, they opened a bottle of wine for us while we asked if it was included and they said yes, but the funniest thing was that they suggested we replace one dish from the menu for another!
When the check came we had to pay double price than the fixed menu price .
So we decided to ask we just wanted to
Get informed .
When we realized that the dish that they asked us to REPLACE it was charged we got so confused .
I asked him if he knows what does the world replace mean .
He was 100% sure that we were wrong but we didn’t want to prove him if we are right or he is right! We just wanted him to listen to our complains about the service .
He said the funny thing that we are the only table we had that complain and he knows that well because he is there for 4 months!!!
4 months is nothing !!!!
He said that he knows that the client is not always right thats why he demands ! He was so funny and sad at the same time ! We were asking about the misunderstanding that he wasn’t even in front ! And he was telling that he is sure that his colleague told us that everything was extra without even wanting to hear what we were talking about.
We didn’t want not to pay, we were just asking to understand WHAT we are paying of course, and he was looking and talking to us like we were poor guys complaining.
He ruined our night and stressed us out!
The kther guy was there was willing to explain and help us, he was more polite !

My wife and I were here for dinner with a reservation in advance. The restaurant has moved to another location, now it is located in the President Hotel on the Vltava embankment. Stylishly decorated separate entrance, there is an entrance from the hotel. There is a beautiful view of the river from the windows. The inside has become much more spacious than it was in the previous location. The hand of a good designer is visible in the interior design. Lots of new dishes in the sets. Everything is very tasty, beautiful presentation of dishes, interesting combinations of products. The service is simply great. The waiters are competent, polite and friendly. Beautiful and very professional work by the entire team of cooks and waiters. While working in the kitchen, the chef constantly goes out into the room and communicates with clients. There are several options for wine accompaniment. Two types of sets: 12 and 18 dishes. Check for two CZK13500 (€590). Overall, a wonderful visit experience! Thank you very much for this culinary holiday!

This restaurant is for those that truly appreciate an imaginative & unusual food experience. Amazing flavours & inventive presentation. Although we thought 18 courses might be overwhelming the portions are small so we didn’t feel uncomfortably full at the end.
Wine pairing offered some interesting wines.
Ambience was classy & calm.
We appreciated the chef taking the time to chat at each table & describe the courses.
Not a cheap option in Prague but definitely impressive

We were hoping for a great meal in a beautiful setting. We were aware of the price in advance. What we got was OK food, mediocre wine selection (unless you wanted to spend >10,000 CZK for a bottle) in a not-very-nice setting. (Web photo does NOT correspond to reality!) When combined with the VERY impressive price, the result is highly disappointing. The evening would have been acceptable if the price level was max 40% of what they actually charge. Now, it was a NO WAY. Somehow, the impression was a "wannabe" that falls flat well short of the goal.

Absolute and utter disappointment. And the problem is not the price , but rather how fake and pretentious this place is. It wants to look like high end place and puts a really high price, but the food was mediocre, served ridiculously. Wine selection was poor- disappointing wines were served as high end, like they are hoping people will not care. But for this price you expect the proper service. Maybe that is why they are
serving sake in the middle of the dining, so people get drunk and forget how pretentious dishes are and how disappointing is the wine selection. I will never go back to this place just because it's not worth the money. There are way more places that offer a proper level. This place has to stop pretending and learn a proper quality. Plastic decoration of dishes and common wines is not the way especially if the end price for 2 people
is 700 eur.

Impressing experience and worth a Michelin star. We love great food experiences and in my view the best in Prague, better than the restaurants which has the Michelin stars today. We travel a lot and tuis restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves to get awarded for its excellence
