I was there for breakfast in April, it was warm sunny day so I could eat it outside. I loved the selection of sweet pastry, coffee was also delicious!

Fantastic bakery, great atmosphere, good seating arrangements, can watch everything being baked fresh, good coffee
Last week I was in Karlin and it was freezing cold, so since I had a few minutes to spare I headed to Antoninovo to enjoy a buchta, my favorite Czech treat. The cashier correctly asked for my green pass when I asked to have...it inside, the makovy buchta was soft and plump, filled with a decent amount of poppy seeds. I overall enjoyed my time there and I was really happy with my treat, which came at a fair price (25czk I think). A good option in the area.More
Such an incredible bakery with a large choice of fresh sweet and savory products. We went there a few times and tried out a lot of traditional czech cakes and pastries that were all fresh and delicious. On top of that, the prices are very...inexpensive especially for the quality. It is also possible to eat/drink on the spot and the setting is really beautiful with a gorgeous decoration. There are a few antonínovo pekařství bakeries in the city which is pretty great! The only downside: the last time I came, I was served by a very unprofessional waiter, who made no effort and was really unfriendly.More
Whenever we are in this area of Prague I visit antoninovo to enjoy a tasty local treat. They have a wide variety of Typical Czech pastries, I have tried several of them during the years this bakery has been open and always enjoyed them. Today...I tried lopacek s makem and I loved it! Buchta, kolac and cakes are also delicious, since they are priced very fairly I suggest to try more of them. Free wifi, complimentary water and a toilet, there is everything you may ask for. Recently I also saw an improvement with staff, since they hired younger energetic people and this reflects on the vibe in the bakery.More
We came across this bakery when walking through Karlin and it's amazing! Home made and fresh cakes, bread, sweet and savoury product being made in front of your eyes while you having coffee or tea! Staff very friendly and helpful. It can get very busy.
Visited on a city break in Prague, and stumbled across Antoninovo by chance, and my what a discovery! Incredible bakery smell as soon as you step in, the selection of pastries, bread and other sweets is astounding, all of which look very well made and...delicious! Only stopped for coffee however this too was very nice, will be returning for something sweet very soon! Lovely kind staff who dealt with my lack of Czech very well, which was a plus!More
The bakery is an excellent example of something close to your homely atmosphere and place where you can meet with your friends and watch socialising of people around.
Barely anything open on Christmas Eve until we came across this warm bakery! Delicious breads and even better coffee. Chai latte is a must.
Love the Walnut bread, when they have it. Otherwise the other types are good too although can occasionally be a little too salty. There are several locations in Prague and they all have great bread. Good pastries too.
This bakery has cultivated the art of baking and coffee making. It greets its visitors with the infused smells of freshly baked goods and the blends of different coffees. Making a warm homey feeling atmosphere. The chai latte we had here along with the dessert...were delicious. Definitely worth it to visit!More
You can have the breakfast here, they have wide selection of pastries and drinks (coffee, tea, juices). Staff is good, polite and willing to help. That's my experience, at least, as a foreigner. You can sit on the street, enjoying you meal.
From when I first discovered Antoninovo in their Vinohrady location I have been a big fan, since their sweets are freshly baked, are cheap and taste good overall. They also have wifi which is a plus since several times I am in need of checking...something and need internet. Staff is however most of the times unpleasant, unwilling to speak english and it seems you bother them if you check the cakes before ordering. For what I have seen the staff is composed by people who are past their prime, and I would rather have someone young and full of energy to serve me, who can at least smile from time to time. Overall good products but service and staff can improve. Free water is a good touch though and I really appreciate businesses which are not cheap. 3.5/5, could easily become excellent with better staffMore
Antonin - always good choice if you look for a good bread, you can ask for just half, if its too big for you, my favorite (not always available ) is the Orechovy (wallnut)
Today on our way to the city after lunch we stopped at this location of AP, after having been to two other locations previously and having liked them too. The place has a good selection of sweets, several tables, complimentary water and wi-fi. I had...a poppy seed cake which as usual was very good, though I did not taste any coffee or other drink. Prices are low, selection is wide and as said before it is nice to get water for free when you order something. Overall I really like this bakery, and even the location is perfect, close to Krizikova subway station. Overall very good value for money, totally recommendMore
