13.08.2020: Our reservation was at 9:30 We arrived there at 9:15, there was a man, sitting on one of the tables on the sidewalk. As we walked in, greeting "Dobrý den" the people working there, a lady, and a man with mustache, the man just...yelled at us "WE ARE CLOSED!!!!!!" (in English). I said that we had a reservation (in Czech), the man insisted, with the same entonation, YELLING: "WE ARE CLOSED!!!". Our reservation is at 9:30, I said, "IT IS NOT 9:30 yet". I knew the time. He could had told us in a polite way, that we had to wait, it would have been perfect. But even after we mentioned our reservation, he proceeded with the same nasty attitude. ***When I booked on their website, it had the option to book from 9:00 am, even if they open at 9:30*** That is why we thought we could arrive earlier. We disliked his behavior, the doors were WIDELY OPEN, and a man was sitting outside... We decided to go to another place. As it must be, I informed this to the lady: "Well, we are not taking the table, because your colleague was rude, he told us twice we are closed". She was very kind, and she said that she was sorry, that they were not ready... She knows how to treat a customer. But that man made the damage before. We will never ever go there. No one needs that kind of service ----------------------------------- 13.08.2020Naše rezervace byla v 9:30 Dorazili jsme tam v 9:15, tam byl muž, sedící na jednom ze stolů na chodníku. Když jsme vešli dovnitř, pozdravili "Dobrý den" do lidi, kteří tam pracují, dámu a muže s knírkem, ten na nás právě křičel: „MÁME ZAVŘENO!!!!!!" Nikdy tam nikdy nebudeme. Nikdo nepotřebuje takový druh služeb.More

Oh.. Unfortunately experience with unprofessional, useless and arogant manners. Situation: - „please aperol spritz without a straw, thank you.“ - The waiter brings the drink with a straw. - Politely said „oh, I wanted without the straw“ - The waiter grabs the straw and throws...ona floor to the street in front of my eyes - With my shocked face: „the goal was not to produce more garbage“ - „you should go to Beirut then“ So… I don’t know what was the intention but as the result the waiter looked stupid, arrogant and when our friends arrived, we immediately left without ordering or spending there more time or money. We will never come back, I am sharing this experience not only between friends but also online and I will place complaint. I hope the act was worthy for all the consequence.More

The place is nice, beautiful restaurant with good design. I order a lamb hamburger and i said I’m cheese allergic...but they bring a cheese hamburger. They i said it again and they full my hamburguer of sauce which the waiter told come aside. So i...request them to bring me another one without sauce. The good point is that they have a home made beer, really nice.More

Looking for a great bar/cafe experience in Prague, together with good quality espresso? Then look no further: Nostress Cafe is the place you are looking for. We got here driven by the search for an Illy espresso coffee bar, and enjoyed the choice! Espressi is...great, but the best experience is in the environment itself, furniture, atmosphere, and also cakes and serving. We got a great chance to relax during a long walking day around Prague, and really enjoyed the mood in this cafe. It offers cafe like seating on the right, when entering, and lunch area on the left. Enjoy!More

Dined at Nostress and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There is an interesting and varied menu that avoids the Czech staples. The food was well cooked and also had a very good wine list. Definitely somewhere to seek out if you are visiting Prague.

Service was really good, it was a bit quiet, we were one of only 2 tables on a friday morning. Coffee was decent not great. My youngest enjoyed her pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup. The eggs Benedict were cooked well, but served cold. I...mean eggs themselves were room temperature - I guess they wash the vinegar off with cold water - I use near-boiling for this at home. The hollandaise sauce itself was straight out of the fridge. Disappointing. Sausages were not very nice unfortunately.More
