The seasoning was very good and the service was attentional and polite. However coming to a restaurant named Les Moules, I expected better. Good bread though..

What a great find! This restaurant came recommended to us by friends and it did not disappoint. The mussels were plentiful and outstanding. We also enjoyed some oysters and desserts. Exceptional service and extremely reasonable prices. Would not visit Prague without dining here again!

Unfortunately I am obliged to leave a negative review. First of all the service was very unpleasant. They literally said that they cannot come every now and again to serve us so we have to make our mind to order all at once. So we...did. They forgot about half of the order so we had to remind and wait more time. Secondly they actually pushed us to leave a tip. It was not at all right. Otherwise ok food. Taking things as awhile I do not recommend!More

The food really was divine. The pork steak really was a great size and so moist and delicious, the fries were great too. Unfortunately the attitude of the servers left a lot to be desired. Having worked in hospitality myself I totally understand that serving...a table of 10 is not an easy job, but there is no excuse to look down your nose at customers or to be short with them. We had 9 meals delivered and had to wait for the tenth, with not even an apology for the 5mins + wait. We worked out the bill between us, rounding up and leaving a rip but we're told we still owed more... If we had more time we would have queried the bill further, but the wait for the food already put is behind time. I'm sorry to say that without an attitude adjustment we won't be back, despite the gorgeous food.More

Actually I didn't manage to have dinner in this restaurant. I and my wife tried to go there twice. Firstly, we went on Saturday and were told the kitchen had just closed. It was 10 pm, I suppose not late to have dinner in a...European capital. However, We decided to go the next day, Sunday. We arrived at 8.30 pm . Surprise!! The kitchen had just closed again. The waitress told us the next day they were closed because the restaurant was going to have some works inside. I couldn't beleive it. I told that they didn't have this information on their site and it was the second time we tried to go there, but she didn´t care. She turned her back on us and went away. They can not treat customers like this I advise the owner to have emplyees better trained to deal with customers. It was a very annoying experience. It caused us a very bed impression.IMore

Definitely enjoyed our stay there. Oysters were great as were mussels, but would not order prawns again. Also decent wince selection and was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere of the place. Good for people coming alone, but would suggest booking in advance.

The restaurant participated in “Prague mussel week”. We had 1+1 vouchers for mussels and decided to choose “Les Moules” for our dinner. Originally, the reservation was for 4 persons on Sunday but 2 friends wanted to join us, so we called the restaurant and asked...to change the table. The hostess lady on a phone said that on Sunday they are full and agreed to transfer our reservation to Saturday, saying that there is still no table for 6 persons but “they will figure it out”. The same lady, very rude casually looking older women (which is already weird for a “luxury” restaurant hostess), met us at the entrance. She immediately started to say that they don’t have a place for 6 persons and that “you MUST be only 4”. We sat at the table for 4 persons asking just to bring us one more chair, but she kept saying that “they are full and they don’t have even 1 single chair in the restaurant”. While saying it, she was not even looking at us, like a waiter in a cheap bar. Check the attached photo to see how “full” they were in the reality. We asked to call the manager. She did it and added “Ok, but he will tell you the same”. The manager was more polite and somehow found an additional chair in 5 minutes. The waiter was also really nice and professional. We ordered 6 different tastes of mussels but could differ only 1 of them. They were good but pretty much the same. Generally speaking, the restaurant doesn’t worth its money at all. It pretends to be luxury because of the location on Paris Street but neither the service nor the interior are luxury. Quiet a disappointing experience.More
