Location and contact

The founding of the U Medvidku restaurant can be dated to 1466. This former brewery, which was also the location of the first Prague cabaret, was converted in the last century into one of the largest pubs in Prague.

Awful service. Waiter was extremely rude. While ordering drinks, waiter asked “why didn’t you say earlier?”. Very unprofessional and impolite. Skip this place for sure.

Loved the open atmosphere. The pork knee fed 2 people and was delicious. Had the Budweiser which is nothing like the brand you get in the U.S. This place had been recommended by a local. Good choice

Pretty sure I didn't pay cash for anything in Prague in fall 2015. Found them to be very credit card friendly. Almost certain medvidku takes cards.
