My wife and I ate here for dinner with some friends! The setting and ambience of this restaurant was terrific! Service outstanding! Food amazingly delicious! We tried the Juice pairing with our food just to try something different! Was quite unique and fun! Highly recommend this place if you're in Prague! Make sure to make a booking to ensure you... The two of us walked through Old Town Square on a damp evening and up to the restaurant where we were warmly greeted and placed at a table overlooking the chef's prep area( we had booked several weeks in advance). We ordered the six course tasting menu and the courses were paired with local wines which were all excellent choices.... More

This wonderful small restaurant will surprise you with elegant and unexpected creations. Service is very friendly and professional. The team of chefs create in an open kitchen. Old fashioned local dishes like beef tongue and pickled radish come in a totally new fashion. We had several Czech wines accompanying our meals that were delicious and very reasonably prized. After eating... More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at La Degustation. It ranks just under 11 Madison Park and Bern's Steakhouse as the best dining experience we've had. The restaurant is small and lovely, with an open kitchen and attentive staff. When we were seated (reservation made online) the waiter was already aware of my "no mushroom" criterion and made... We emailed weeks in advance for a reservation because we did not want to miss this restaurant while in Prague. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and we were able to change our time via email at the last minute; they did not appear to be at full capacity. What a wonderful experience! In addition to the six course... More

La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise is a 1* Michelin restaurant with a special feel. We choose the 6 course dinner (although I would have loved the 11 course dinner as well!). My wife and I had the accompanying wine arrangement, the kids the special juice arrangement. Although I can't exactly remember all the tastes, the combinations were extraordinary. Loved the pork... This is receiving 3 stars because the service was outstanding; otherwise, it would have been 2 stars. The food and its presentation was almost comical in its trying to be creative. Really, a half radish on a stone! No really wow tasting dishes. On the plus side, for a prix fixe tasting menu, the price was very reasonable.

We participated in the six course tasting with the wine pairing. The service was impeccable from entrance to exit and we had a great time chatting with the sommelier, who was very friendly. A few amuse bouche treats were added to the courses, which made for a very filling meal. While we were treated incredibly well and could see how... More

I ate in this lovely place a few times. Everything was always great. I work in restaurant industry myself and I go out more often than not. I love the fact they're mostly using Czech products. It's Czech cuisine with the twist! Service is superb and professional. Will be back soon.

Thank Nela V

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city.
