About
We are happy to invite you to our lovely, colourful restaurant Luka Lu. Luka means harbour, and this suits our restaurant very well. Luka Lu is a harbour in Mala Strana, with its courtyards, colourful decorations, little birds and its friendly staff, mostly from the ex- Yougoslavia.Lula Lu is...Born in Prague, in a quiet and wild, cute, defiant, hides inside two natures, one from the father, Italian adventurer and bohemians, and another from a mother Bosnance quiet and simple.Lu works in Lesser inn which carries her name Luka Lu. Evil tongues say that people cross the Vltava River and on the Male Strana is because of her untamable beauty and not because of good food and wine.

Cosy Italian/ ex-Yougoslavian fusion venue with nice selection of wines. The bowl of olives was superlative! Terrace a bit noisy, but very pleasant nonetheless. Service was very pleasant.

The staff was pleasant. The food was really good. Inside the restaurant there was plenty of space for customers. Foord was served quickly to the tables.

On one of those days, when we did not plan anything ahead of time and just wandered around my beloved Ujezd area, we stumbled upon Luka Lu. Just moments earlier we were turned down for dinner in a Mexican place, up the street, because we...did not have reservations. We were delighted by the warm welcome to Luka Lu. We were ready to forget Mexican and try Serbian food instead! We were seated promptly at a nice table for two. The rooms are very colorful, eclectic. The Gin and Tonic helped to set the mood. The food was great and the service attentive and friendly. We had the Losos, Penne, various salads and great roasted potatoes. Dajan , Pavlina and Michael made our evening fun .... Dekuji a Nashledanou ....More

The restaurant looked very nice, the food was okay, however, the experience was below expectations. We couldn’t sit outside, although there was plenty of room. We sat in some sort of corner where no-one could see us, so we waited for a long time for...our next drink. At the end, the (all time) arrogant waiter asked for a tip. We only gave a little bit, and he was angry for this, turned his back to us and rolled with his eyes to his colleague. If he would have reacted friendly and understanding, this would have been a 3-star review.More
