The 400 G VEAL LOIN SCHNITZEL for 2 is on-par with the famous Figlmüller in Vienna. You won’t be disappointed. Not your typical run of the mill hotel restaurant, this place stands well on its own.

Seasons was unexpectedly excellent. My wife and I were staying at the Hilton and I didn't feel like walking to dinner due to an injury. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. I was expecting good " hotel" food. The tasting menu offered items that I would have been happy to have as single appetizers or entrées, so we went for it. My wife and I have eaten in many countries and restaurants, and have had many tasting menus and wine pairings. I won't go into the food other then to say it was excellent. Portions were ideal. The wine pairing was perfect, and I didn't feel short changed. The service was excellent as well. The restaurant changes it menus quarterly so you can go back and experience seasonal excellence. I'm a finance guy and the value was off the charts. Do yourself a favor and go before people discover it.

We went for my Husbands 60th Birthday and a big thank you to Martina and Seasons for arranging the perfect birthday.
The food and staff were amazing and they also provided a birthday cake as I sent a message to Seasons via Facebook messenger in advance.
Martina also arranged drinks in Cloud 9 which was a perfect end for my husbands birthday and I cannot thank you enough!
I would 100% recommend a visit to Seasons and Cloud 9.

Considering that it is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in Prague, the quality was rather mediocre. The ambience is appealing, the staff very busy. Very American: if you don't order anything else, the bill comes immediately. The highlights are probably the (meat) grilled dishes. Ours (duck and chicken) were OK, the skin was not crispy in either case. Note: if there is skin, then it should be crispy, otherwise it should be left untouched. For dessert there was mousse au chocolat with fresh truffle. An unusual combination. It has its charms, but a fresh truffle doesn't really come into its own on an (ice) cold dish. The price was princely: 18 euros. Overall, we found the price level too high. A beer costs 8 euros, a bottle of water more than 11 euros. Who looks at the price of the mineral water when ordering? Nobody. Here you have the suspicion that they are mercilessly charging you. All in all, we can only advise against it. It is better to walk a few meters out of the hotel and eat something better (and cheaper).

Meager menu. Do not know why the name includes "butcher" since there are hardly any meat offerings. Service was POOR. The place was almost empty (not surprising), yet we waited 90 minutes to be served and our food was cold when it arrived. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have booked this table for the restaurant well in advance. It was my mums 50th birthday and she and my family came to visit me in Prague to have a lovely birthday and we wanted it to end with a nice birthday dinner. I wanted it to be perfect so I booked 2 weeks in advance with opentable.com, a reservation website I have used before and it always worked brilliantly. Not this time.
We arrived at the Hilton hotel only to realise that the entire restaurant was closed for 2 weeks! No information on google or the website and instead plenty of confirmation e-Mails from open table. Nothing that would suggest that the restaurant was closed..
I really hope that the administrative laziness to not show that the restaurant is closed anywhere online does not affect other families on special occasions.
The Hilton concierge was at least kind enough to make us a reservation for a fabulous other restaurant in Prague 1, which saved my mother’s birthday dinner slightly.

We were staying in the Prague Hilton and decided to try Seasons restaurant after a long day of sightseeing. We felt confident it would be good, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the entire experience excellent. We had the tasting menu, with wine pairings, and everything was excellent. The wines paired perfectly with the food, which highlighted seasonsl produce. From the Asparagus and Lobster appetizer through pasta, halibut, the lamb rump main course and raspberry souffle, everything was excellent. The wines paired perfectly, and the staff was helpful, personable and knowledgeable. The entire experience was excellent. We will definitely come back next time we're in Prague.

Decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal on our last night in Prague. Had spotted this restaurant on google and whilst visiting the Sky bar so thought we would give it a try as we were only staying around the corner. Well I don't know where to start! The setting was lovely, peacefull with decent background music, very clean and well laid out. The service from George was outstanding and very professional. The food it self was totally sublime, from started to main and then coffee. The presentation, flavours and presentation took out breath away. The quirky petit four which came after the meal was a great little touch. I would not hesitate in the slightest recommending this restaurant.

A lovely restaurant, we just did a walk in after having cocktails in Cloud 9
Our waitress was lovely and attentive, my fillet mignon main was delicious as was the starter of scallops and dessert was a spectacular chocolate and shaved truffle tart …
My hubby was disappointed with his rib eye steak which he says was chewy sadly !
All in all it was a lovely evening

Was staying at the Hilton hotel and I was recommended to try the restaurant next to the lobby .. what a cosi beautiful discovery, classic recipes presented in a very elegant way.. loved the beef Rossini with hope gas and a yummy sauce.. service was very nice and sommelier even better..highly recommended..

been coming to the Hilton in Tallinn for some time (one of the best Hilton's i've been in btw) . I always take colleagues and customers to the Able Butcher. As i did tonight. Very warm welcome by Elery and Tsherring , excellent service, good advice on wine and perfectly cooked flank steak... loved it...thanks everybody !

Wow. Last night of our trip to Europe we decide to stay in the hotel and this menu looked great. I just can't stop saying wow.
1. Excellent menu with exciting dishes. Four of us shared the Sea Bass cooked in a salt meringue and two waiters came and competed to do the best job of cutting and serving the fish, looking for who served the fewest bones in the filets. Beautiful and delicious.
2. Great wine selection.
3. We couldn't stay for them to fix some of their incredible looking desserts (2:00 am wake up call) but they served us a variety of treats inside a glass bubble like container. Very good and very entertaining.
4. Amazing service. Really just the best.
5. Shockingly lows prices for the fantastic meal we were served.
6. Beautiful restaurant and comfortable seating.
You really cannot ask for more than this. Well done Able Butcher!

Me and a friend were visiting Prague and came to the restaurant after receiving a 15% off voucher the night before after going for a drink in the cloud nine rooftop bar! We were taking aback by the service and there food was absolutely amazing with lots of little touches that made our visit even more pleasurable.

Tonight I visited The Able Butcher with my sister and mum. The moment we walked in we were welcomed warmly the ambience is relaxed and friendly. The chefs hard at work in the kitchen are framed by a large window where you can watch the magic happen as they cook your steaks to perfection. Regular waves and smiles meet you through the window as you wait patiently for your juicy prime cut of beef!
Our waiter Alex was as pleasing to the eye as his exceptional service!
We tried the seafood platter, the Tomahawk Steak to share and the Impossible Pie!
Seafood Platter was absolutely delicious, even with the favourable portion size we would of liked more.
Tomahawk Steak to share was enough for the 3 of us paired with garlic mash, broccoli and cabbage. The steak was cooked to perfection, the cabbage so sweet I could of eaten a whole bowl, the mash creamy and delicious.
The Impossible Pie - imagine a cherry and amaretto bread and butter pudding with a creme caramel top!
The chef came out to meet us, so charming and passionate about his concept and vision.
Definitely a must when you are in Prague, the Hilton where the Able Butcher is located is a beautiful walk along the river from the central tourist spots!
Don’t miss out on the best service and steak around!
