Group of three staying at a local hotel were recommended this place..our hotel booked our table..we were very happy with the food..the staff recommended some local dishes e.g. chicken, ribs and a vegetarian option washed down by the house red wine...overall can’t complain would recommend. Paul and the team were very accommodating

I ordered the dumplings with pork fillet and a mushroom cream sauce. The dumplings were very compact, you couldn't cut them with a knife, and without the sauce they were very dry and tasted bland. The fillet with the sauce was good. The overall impression was OK, but not worth another visit for me.

Restaurant is placed near riverside so if you want to sit down after walk over embankement, you can sit here. You will pay little bit higher prices (normal for centre) and service is nice. The staff in a kitchen made fabulous food whoch made me very satisfied. I for sure recommend this place.

The staff said he delayed our food on purpose just because someone at our table was on the phone. I believe it was because we took a menu for ourselves as he wasn’t even there when we walking in. He later got mad at us for taking the menus and said that that was his job. We saw multiple customers that came in after us get their meals before us. Food was decent but it took an hour to get to us.

Food was delicious (roastbeef, naked burger, pulled pork).
Service nice, kind and professional. Waiter remember our orders without writing them down and remembered them till the split of receipt.
Restaurant was clean with nice environment.

We were staying at a near by Hotel the Best Western Moran and this restaurant was recommended as a “favourite local “ it was a very short walk away . We initially only wanted a bar on a Sunday afternoon after returning from Prague centre to relax have a drink and play cards. It was just the ticket we were warmly welcomed and put at our ease no pressure for food. We ordered drinks and herb olives and toasted almonds, which were in fact hot and toasted !delicious .it was so good we returned with our friends that evening for dinner a great decision as the home made tomato soap was fabulous, we all (four of us) ordered different meals and none disappointed, all were freshly made well presented and hot. The service was excellent warm and friendly and the bill was very acceptable! Highly recommended.

Visited Prague for 5 nights and eaten here twice simply because it is excellent food and such good value compared to old town restaurants. The beef cheek bourginon melts in your mouth. Also both the chicken supreme, and chicken with spinach and almond stuffing were superb. Tip... avoid oliva nero unless you want to pay three times the price for the same quality experience you can get at u dobry.

Just finished a meal here and I'm not one to put reviews but all I can say this is a fantastic place .. ribs to die for just fall off the bone .. the mash and beef was perfectly cooked for my partners delight . And a bonus it's cheap as chips definitely recommend his place I'm just sorry it's our last night other wise I think I'd have dinner here quite a few times ..staff very friendly

It snowed all the way from Görlitz to Prague. It was cold! Arrived at our accommodation and after a quick walk needed dinner. Tried two other places but no tables available. Full of people after work. So found this place. Still had a couple of tables, in we went. Good food at a reasonable price. The slow cooked pork spare ribs were just the thing washed down with a local beer which was also good. Servings were large for all four meals. Service excellent, environment whist not traditional was good.

The best place for any event. I come here at least once a week ( in summer almost every day :D ) and I feel here like at home. You have to try to know what I´m talking about :) .
