We ate at this restaurant twice while my family stayed in Mala Strana on a recent trip and we've eaten there before on previous stays. They have a big menu full of standard Czech dishes that are all well prepared and presented. This last trip...we also had salads for lunch--caesar salads with chicken that were good and a Greek salad that was very good. They have a pretty standard beer and wine list. There's English in the menu as well as Czech and the servers, who are excellent, all speak some English. There's a lot of outdoor seating in nice weather.More

One of few places food was delicious! It might not be the cheapest in Prague, but very clean with polite staff. Food was great, tried multiple dishes and none disappointed! If you’re around and hungry, do visit!

Malostranska Beseda - great little restaurant in Prague. Our hotel, Augustine Luxury Hotel, in Prague recommended this spot after our 4 hour ride from Munich and it was outstanding.

Husband and I enjoyed this place for dinner and a few drinks in the basement bar. Great atmosphere and the authentic Czech food was fab (as was the delicious cold beer). He had goulash with dumplings, I had gnocchi with pork and cabbage. Both really...tasty and very good value for money. Beware, they will keep bringing you more beer until you put the beer mat on top of your glass! Would recommend to anyone visiting Malá Strana; if we'd had longer in Prague we would have gone back again.More

This restaurant has very good local food and beer at very reasonable prices. It's mostly visited by the locals, it's certainly not a tourist trap.

We had great service and such great food. I had the Roasted Turkey wrapped in bacon with mashed potatoes which was amazing. The spread for the bread is very good also.

Good czech food (and beer, of course). Our family was nicely attended. Quantity for just enough for big eaters. And the price a bit high.

Despite some mixed reviews about this restaurant, our experience was positive. There was no room to accommodate us in the restaurant and we ate in their bake shop next door (the 2 places are connected) and it was actually quieter and perfectly fine for my...wife and I. Service was frienfly and fast. o Ceasar salad o Svickova (beef in cream sauce & potatoe/bread dumplings) o Roasted duck leg o Beer (mixed dar & light) Everything was well prepared, served quickly and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.More

We visit the restaurant this evening on 10/10 around 10pm for a friend's birthday.we ordered food and drinks that all off them was lovely. The only bad thing overall was our waitresses behavior...we are a group of foreigners but also had some people from Czech republic...in our company...so when she took the order from us one of our friends heard her saying in Czech: Jako u debilů...I found this very offensive...we were more than polite to her Cause all of us work in the same position as her...I dont want to say her name...I think this is a bit racist to the people that went there to celebrate a happy occasion...we were ready to buy dessert but after that incident we just pay and left.More
