This restaurant is off the beaten path and a bit hard to find. It is a neighborhood restaurant. We started with a nice bottle of Czech Sauvignon Blanc. The highlight of the meal was the pork with sauerkraut and red cabbage. The pacing of the...meal was nice. There is no rush to turn a table in the Czech Republic. Finished with profitores for dessert. A nice place to eat. Country type surroundings. They do have outdoor seating.More

We weren’t blown away. We chose the restaurant based on Tripadvisor ratings. Thursday evening and very few customers. We sat outside on a warm summer evening. Service was good. Beer was cold. But Goulash was more gravy than meat. Lots of places to try. We...wouldn’t return.More

We went here for dinner and had an excellent meal with very good service. I would definitely recommend if you are in Prague. Just a few blocks from the Old Town square, it is a small quaint restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The chicken and...pork dishes were very good. The marzipan cake for dessert is excellent too.More

We visited here last week on the last evening of our holiday...if only we had known about it before! I met the restaurant owner many years ago when he was visiting the UK. It was great to be reacquainted after 30 plus years; the delicious...Czech food of slow roasted pork with sauerkraut and potato dumplings melted in the mouth. The restaurant is cosy and welcoming..as it is close to Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge, it is easy to find, yet is in a quiet back street away from the more 'touristy' restaurants. We enjoyed a local beer, delicious dessert and coffee, as well as great conversation with Charles, the owner. Highly recommended.More

Wonderful restaurant. Very efficient, lovely food, catered for my son and I with gluten free options. Nice cosy restaurant, very clean, relaxed atmosphere. Karel our waiter worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with our meal. Lots of choice and reasonable prices....We loved it so much we went twice in our 4 day stay. We will go back. Many thanks.More

Following a classical concert at St Clement's Cathedral, we paid a return visit to Stoleti, our previous visits having been two years ago, pre-Covid. Happily, this restaurant has survived the sad situation which we found throughout the city. Although slightly less busy than before, the...standard of food and service from the same staff from our last visits (owners?) had reached new heights. An a la carte menu and a separate daily menu showcased outstanding Czech dishes with a modern twist. For starters we had stuffed mushroom and beetroot carpaccio, followed by salmon trout on crushed peas and a wonderful saddle of deer. These dishes were followed by a sweet of spiced baked apple rings with cream & ice cream, then excellent coffees. Very pleased to see Stoleti still in business - it will be our first stop when next in Prague.More

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a brilliant meal here last night. It was our first night and we wanted to try some traditional Czech cuisine. The service was excellent and our waiter had a great conversation with us. As young travellers (19 years of age)...he was very helpful pointing us in the right direction of were to go next. The value was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to try some Czech food with a great atmosphere. The only shame is due to COVID restrictions the restaurant was very quiet. Thanks for a great evening.More

We actually ate here twice during our stay since the food was wonderful. First of all this was COVID safe. Had to show our Green Pass along with our passport before we were seated. Nice beer to get the evening started. The staff spoke great...english and we also were given an English menu so we did not have to use Google translate. We started off with the stuffed mushroom appetizer and the Prague ham. I had the pork medallions and my wife had the turkey. Both were fantastic. Between 2 appetizers, 2 meals and 2 drinks our total with tip was under $50. Would definitely eat here again the next time we are in Prague. Enjoy.More
