I invited my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary and it was simply unforgettable. The Service was friendly, efficient and kind and our server was amazing. The view is the best in the city and especially at sunset when you hear the church bells and...the city goes dark with lights coming on... the food was very good and we enjoyed every dish - it was a night to remember. Thank you to Petr the manager and his team.More

I loved this restaurant. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. The setting was surreal. Rooftop al fresco dining above the Old Town. I couldn't believe how peaceful it was up there! The food was good but not exceptional, but mixed with the beautiful setting...and the romantic feel, it was a 5 star dining experience. I would definitely recommend going here - make sure you request a table on the main terrace to maximise your view of Prague.More

It started with the phone call, I knew service was going to be good when I received an apology for the weather which meant we probably would not be able to sit and dine on the roof terrace. Guys you are good but you can’t...control the weather. We arrived slightly late due to an Uber issue, “no worries sir would you like an aperitif, perhaps I can take you to the terrace to take in the views in between rain?" Without a doubt the most polite, professional and most pleasant welcome I have ever had, this set the tone for the night. After a while we made our way to the restaurant, perfect service again. Mrs B helped with her chair, no pressure, no rush, total perfection. We were handed to another waitress, the brilliant service continued throughout the meal. The food was of a great standard, my wife and I both ordered completely different meals, the food was so good we had to share to explore flavours. Top notch dining. To summarise I cannot recommend this amazing dining experience enough. It should be ought at the top of Trip Advisors ratings, I thoroughly recommend you visit completely worth while and one which will remain in my memory bank for some considerable time.More

The roof terrace is indeed spectacular, nestled beneath Sv Mikuláš with views up to the castle and Sv Vít and eastwards across the river. We were privileged to have chosen a hot summer's evening with a clear blue sky. The atmosphere becomes magical when the...sun goes down and the building illuminations switch on. And the food is the equal of the location, the service attentive yet discreet. For starters, the duck foie gras was grilled to perfection and served on a bed of delicious caramelised buckwheat, while from the Czech menu the kulajda soup was perfectly balanced, with the egg lightly poached instead of hard-boiled. The filet mignon, from Czech beef, the chef assured us, was among the top five steaks I've ever had in my long life, grilled absolutely right, while the duck was in the Czech tradition, the skin delightfully crisp and served with two types of cabbage and two types of dumpling. Our desserts of strawberry dumplings were so good they could lead to the Czech fruit dumpling making a long awaited comeback. A wonderful evening and unequivocal five stars.More

We ordered the 3 course traditional Czech Tasting! Each dish was perfectly plated and each course include amazing ingredients found locally—our first meal in Prague and it definitely set a high bar!...the service was impeccable- synchronized service for each course. Our server Dusan was very...attentive and friendly. After the meal, he was kind enough to show us the rooftop terrace, even though the area was closed off for the winter. He showed us the great rooftop view and pointed out some highlights of the city. Thank you Dusan for making our first meal in Prague a wonderful one!More
