We stayed at Aria hotel and Coda restaurant is situated there. You can eat on the rooftop or indoors - either are great options. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, something for everyone. We had dinner one evening on the rooftop and it was spectacular. Highly recommend their chocolate fondant - best ever.

Very fine restaurant. Very elegant and stylish interior (it was too cold for the roof restaurant). The food was excellent and accompanied by a really good Czech wine. We made a very good choice for our wedding anniversary.

Coda offers great service combined with excellent food. Their breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Something for everyone with attention paid to ingredients labeled for people with food allergies. Dinner is excellent with a wide array of choices and "white glove" service without being stuffy! If you are in Prague - this is a must try!!

The higher the standards a restaurant sets the more it has to live up to in order to justify the prices. We were disappointed in the quality of food- my wife's steak was obviously undercooked and I would rated the breast of chicken risotto as very ordinary. I had the misfortune to knock my champagne flute over when brushing a... More

This is situated in the Aria Hotel. As the weather was glorious we were able to go onto the roof terrace with fabulous city views. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the food was excellent. Probably a bit more expensive than the average in Prague, but well worth it.

If you're lucky to go on a sunny day, they set up the tables on the roof, with amazing views of Prague. The view alone is worth it. But the food is equally fantastic. I had the Czech tasting menu, and it was superb. Photos Attached. 1) Kulajda soup 2) Crispy roasted duck 3) Strawberry dumplings. All 3 were incredible.... More

I invited my customers for a dinner on a terrace with stunning views on Prague Lesser Town rooftops. Food was good, Kulajda soup delicious but service was somehow slow. Waiting for Kir Royal was just too long. The beers were without the foam before the rest of the drinks were delivered. The same problem was to deliver the soup, however... More

This was my favorite dining experience in Prague. Coda has a rooftop patio with expansive views of the city. Don't forget to take your camera! We ate lunch here, arriving just as they opened at 11:30 a.m., so we didn't have a problem getting a table without a reservation. The service was good and the food was the best we... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
