Great burgers!

We came here after trying to get a table somewhere else and was really hoping they'd have too, for us! Luckily they did and we were promptly seated. The menu is fairly limited I'd say- not loads of choices but enough. This made choosing speedy. Burgers are delicious and cooked European version of... read more

Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. Good menu and reasonably priced. Great draft beer. I had the blue cheese burger, it was nice but not amazing, lacking in blue cheese flavour and the meat wasn't melt in the mouth good like it should be, maybe overdone. Had the pulled pork fries which were good but a little sweet for my... More

Too bad I can't remember which burger it was exactly we had, but it was sooo amazing - I remember it had chorizo as one of the toppings? I like the burgers themselves and the buns too which is not something I can say about many places. I am quite particular about my buns (wink wink nudge nudge) and these... More

Busy down to earth Burger place in a Prague back street. Went here because of the good reviews and did not disappoint. Excellent burgers and fries – and very good value for money. Would definitely go again if in Prague.

I really love burgers and have tried many different burgers in many restaurants in Prague. However, Palanda is really the top! The burgers here are absolutely delicious and the home made fries are great as well. The service is always very nice and quick. The only disadvantage is that you have to make the reservation in advance, because otherwise they... More

Excellent pulled pork fries, excellent service but I was expected more from the royal cheese & bacon burger that I ordered. It was just ok. It's worth a try but my opinion is that "Dish" makes the best burger in Prague.

Found this place by sheer accident. It was right around the corner from the hotel. The burger was one of the best I have ever eaten. We had a really great night here. The food and drink was tops. The staff was really helpful and very welcoming. Just Go.

Me and my fiancee decided to head off to locate Palanda as we wanted something substantial to eat yet tasty at the same time. Although reasonably busy it was not noisy inside, we had a nice location sat upstairs. I chose to go for the Crispy Cheddar Burger (Chorizo, Crispy Cheddar, Rocket & Dried Cranberries) whilst my fiancee had the... More

Went there because of the good reviews. We got there at a busy hour but thanks to the reservations got seated quickly. For starters must recommend the pulled pork fries (maybe for 2 as starters) and the cheddar burger. The burgers were medium+/well done dispite the mention that they'd be medium. Still, delicious honest burgers and good starters and side... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
