Customer service was horrible. The waiter, who had barely made eye contact with us all night, demanded a tip and stood over my partner while he was counting our cash. He pointed at the tipping section on the bill and rudely requested over and over...that my partner look at the bill and choose what he would be tipping. My partner being the guy he is over-tipped and left me furious. Tipping is now expected and not appreciated - this always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The waiter was incredibly rude, but got his tip any way. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant, nor would I tell people to go.More

This restaurant is located in Prague 13 directly at Metro Station Nove Butovice. The staff is always friendly and restaurants and restrooms are clean. If you are lucky or you have made reservation you can draft the beer yourself. Uou even can see your beer...amount compare to other tables and other brand restaurants. It is funny. They have good food suitable to beer. Pricing much better as compare to city center. Just go and try.More

Most appalling customer service EVER! Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff who made no effort to make us feel welcome. We received dirty looks from the minute we sat down merely because we are English! We then went on to order food/drinks which was quite a...struggle considering how confusing the menu is - half in English and half in Czech! I then ordered 3 beers for the table and was brought pear juice. It took 3 assistants to sort this out and the main lady involved would not accept the blame but instead blamed our London accents....even though English is not her first language! I wish I could say the food was disgusting but as a veggie with not a lot of choice in this meaty restaurant my wrap was very nice!More

Never had such bad customer service, the staff were rude and patronising. We ordered 3 pints of beer and they brought us pear juice, when we asked the waitress to change it she made it out to be our fault, blaming our London accents and...mimicking how we pronounce beer. She slammed the pints on the table. None of the staff wanted to help and were all very rude.More

Although I am not a beer drinker, I had the opportunity to experience this horrific "pub restaurant". Being actually pleased by the nice interior when I came in, I was then simply horrified by the whole rest. The service was awful: rude, arrogant and inattentive....Especially one scumbag, acting haughtily toward others. Thinking he was something 'more' when we were younger. When I was not greeted and given a menu by him, I decided to take it myself. This guy, however, came to me and as if accused me for what I did. He also did not bother to apologize for any mistake he did, just like bringing me the wrong order or attempting to take my plate, before I even finished. Not even mentioning the food: it was honestly no different from my school cantine. I expected something more, when this was a restaurant but it was just nothing superb, so I just gulped it down. The menu was besides very modest, it took me hours to pick something from there. I may seem like a very demanding eater, but believe me, I am not. I am not at all. If you really wanna come, just come for a beer, don't expect anything awesome.More

Long wait for the food and it wasn't what I ordered and the English menu states item(s)in English which are incorrect hence my wrong order.. the staff where very unhelpful. I had to pay for the meal they got wrong. The manager was argumentative, awful...customer service ever experienced. Would not recommend and would NEVER go back again. Wouldn't even give it a star !More

Prague is not famous for good service but most of the times I've come here staff is polite and friendly. Lots of space and always clean. Beer and food are good. Recommended to everyone who needs to stop for food or just some beers.

This place I visited 3 times, and it was 3 times a mistake. Very slow, unprofessional and rude service, they knew little or nothing about the dishes they serve, nor how to talk to a customer! Miles away to make you feel as a client...or to create a cozy atmosphere for you. Welcome to czech republic I guess:-( Good luck that the stuff will notice you before 15min passed. On one of these error ocassions we visited here, after 20min we just simply left and until now we think, the stuff didnt even notice we came and left, as they were more to discuss between themselves at the bar area, than serving and assisting the customers. If you dont want to ruin your lunch or dinner (which ever to be honest) just stay away from this place.... and it has so much potential... Thumbs down servers!More

Good is fine as well as beer. Great thing about the place is the concept of having a beer tap in the middle of the table. Trick is that it is likely to make you drink more beer, as you don't need to wait to...order beer and then when waiter will bring it to you. Therefore usually people end up drinking 2-3 times more than normally. Otherwise good is good and waiters are niceMore

Very good for couple of beers. Good to choose a table where you can drew the beer by yourself. Good meals, nice atmosphere.

Somehow expensive for a daily "fast lunch", but meals are OK, beer perfectly served (with glass coming directly froim a freezer to be at perfect temperature), during lunch time better to order it than to use the "self pipe" - sounds more opportunate for a...hard drinking evening party than for a serious lunch.More
