I've already visited this place many times and from my point of view I can highly recommend it. I appreciate the servis and care in here. Personal can offer and also recommend you the flavour of their shisha. They also take care of your shisha - cca every 30mins come the "shisha specialist" and checks the coal in the waterpipe, which I find very proffesional.
Only negative for me is the pricing of beverages there, which I find kinda overpriced and I miss some loyality program.
PS. I love the thematic decorations on some special occasions!

I reccommend this bar if you want to have good sisha and drinks in late evening with friends. The staff is well trained and the sisha is very good quality.

This is the best place for smoking shisha and chilling in Prague. I've been coming to this place for 2 years and it is totally worth to money that you pay. The taste of shisha is just so satisfying and the decoration of the place is amazing! but the beverage prices are a bit too much. Stuff is sooooo friendly, kind. and very helpful. They are smiling all the time and that's you cannot see in Prague very often. I recommend to call in advance especially after working hours and in weekends bcs this place is always full.

Very nice calm place . I really enjoyed coming to it during my stay in Prague. Very nice shisha and amazing staff . Great and I will visit again whenever I visit Prague again.

I love this place! It's close to my house as well so convenient, but it's just my type of relaxed hip place. They have nice cocktails and good flavors. The music is nice. It's not too expensive. And the decor is really nice.
All around sweet spot to chill with friends and have a smoke.
You can smoke cigarettes inside as well.
They have WiFi
I suggest booking in advance if you're a big group or it's a Friday or Saturday night, but I've also just dropped by and it's been random whether they are busy or not. It's usually busy though so better safe than sorry.

One of the best place for shisha in Prague! Interior is very cozy, shisha is so tasty and last long. Also staff is very friendly and taking care of you all the time. Just recommend to make a reservation for your table, because it's usually very busy. One of my favorite place :)

From a first impression point of view, I was quite impressed with the environment of this establishment. However, when my friends and I came here, we had to have been the oldest people there (we ranged from 22-29). The majority of the crowd looked to be 18 or younger. At first, the service was great. We had multiple waitresses coming through to ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. We ordered the mango shisha and that was okay too. It wasn't the best I've had in Prague, but it had a nice flavor for a decent price and the coals were changed frequently by staff.
However, imagine my surprise when the waitress came over with the check (without prompting), says "please", puts it on the table, and walks away. Another waitress comes over about 2 minutes later and asks if she can take the check (we hadn't even looked at it yet). Then she informs us that they have another reservation, prompting us to leave. We had to quickly pay and scurry out of our seats (even though we weren't ready to leave). We hadn't even put on our coats and the waitress was already clearing the table. I found this gesture quite baffling. The service from the beginning compared to the end was a complete 180. I was baffled at how fast the customer service went downhill the longer we were there...

I am very sorry for this unpleasant experience you had at Smokehouse. I am well aware that you made a reservation through Yelp and it is certainly our mistake that our staff scheaduled another reservation on your table. I talked to our waitresses to discuss this matter and reminded them not to schedule another reservations on tables that are already reserved in advance. I am once again very sorry for this experience. Our goal is for customers to leave Smokehouse in good and happy mood and we try our best to satisfy our customers so they look forward to coming back so I take this matter very seriously when our customers leave upset and unhappy because of the behaviour and mistakes of our staff. Please accept my apology on behalf of all our Smokehouse team. We would like to make this up to you if you would be willing to give us a chance and show you that we truly care about our customers and will work even harder to enhance our customer service. We hope to see you again in Smokehouse.

If you are from Prague or smoke shisha in western Europe you most likely know that shisha is not worth what you paid for it. Though if you visit Smokehouse, you will get as close to shisha in Dubai as you can without leaving Prague.
I can only say this, best shisha, great vibe, delicious drinks and amazing people!

I came across plenty of shisha bars and lounges however, Smokehouse is in the lead by far! The place is brand new, its location is in the center, the staff is super friendly and they have numerous special shisha flavors for very available prices. Can only recommend this great place!

The shisha is great and the bar. The atmosphere is very dead. Even when the place is packed it feels like a cafe instead of a lounge. The music is boring and always makes me want to leave. Not a good place to pre party. I prefer Sapphire because it is more of a party and a better way to meet people.

Awesome service. Everyone here is very friendly, the atmosphere is cosy and intimate. Slava was our server and he was amazing, always asking if everything was good, kept filling our charcoal without us asking. Cocktails were amazing too!! Over all, everything was great! Will be back soon :)..keep it up boys!!

The Smokehouse prepared for me the finest Shisha I have ever had! Their service was outstanding and to compare this house with another lounges in Prague, this is the top! They also served me home-made lemonades of a high quality! Highly recommended!!! English spoken, beautiful and gentle people! Will visit soon again!
