From a first impression point of view, I was quite impressed with the environment of this establishment. However, when my friends and I came here, we had to have been the oldest people there (we ranged from 22-29). The majority of the crowd looked to...be 18 or younger. At first, the service was great. We had multiple waitresses coming through to ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. We ordered the mango shisha and that was okay too. It wasn't the best I've had in Prague, but it had a nice flavor for a decent price and the coals were changed frequently by staff.
However, imagine my surprise when the waitress came over with the check (without prompting), says "please", puts it on the table, and walks away. Another waitress comes over about 2 minutes later and asks if she can take the check (we hadn't even looked at it yet). Then she informs us that they have another reservation, prompting us to leave. We had to quickly pay and scurry out of our seats (even though we weren't ready to leave). We hadn't even put on our coats and the waitress was already clearing the table. I found this gesture quite baffling. The service from the beginning compared to the end was a complete 180.
