We started off with the beer cheese. I guess this is an acquired taste but while both of us are pretty adventurous we almost gagged on one bite so only... More

Great authentic restorant with excellent and tasty pork meat coarses. You need to wait for while for the meal but it worth it. They spicialize on Czech food so if you wish to get a good meal, order pork dishes. Don't forget KOZEL beer its wonderfull.

My wifw,, adult son, and i came for dinner. It is a small restaurant (11 or 12 tables) and we had to wait half an hour to be seated, with two parties ahead of us. Once seated, my son ordered the pork knee with the 500gram potato side dish which came with mushrooms, broccoli, and melted cheese over it. He... More

Family of 4 for dinner. We had pork tenderloin skewers, duck with blueberry sauce and salmon, plus sides, plus beer, all for around $50 USD. Service was great as well. Would definitely return!

The food is amazing and such incredible value for money. The goulash, served in a rye bread bowl is superb. The potatoes were to die for. Excellent beer cheese too. The service was wonderful - friendly, efficient and helpful. Great location too. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

It's a small medieval tavern-looking restaurant, located in a narrow street in the center of Prague's Old Town. The food was very good, but not better than anywhere else we've eaten in Prague. When you're visiting a city where food is great everywhere, things end up being all about the service. The waiters avoided us for around 10 minutes after... More

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
