We had dinner in this restaurant which had everything to please! The waiters were very caring and very professional, the dishes were elaborate, tasted and well prepared. Little extra for the visit of the kitchen with a very nice cook:)

We were late arriving at the restaurant thanks to BA but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ate downstairs where all the tables are well spaced out so no need to tune out of the next table's conversation! The food showed all the signs of a chef proud to present food in a simple yet artistic way. The quality of the ingredients shone throughout - an excellent duck and foie gras starter, a goats cheese combo starter, a goats cheese ravioli and beetroot main (perhaps too much beetroot?) along with a generous portion of halibut served with prawns and mussels. All terrific dishes and cooked perfectly. Glasses of wine are good value and the selection is sufficient. A really good restaurant on the edge of the main tourist spots showing off a cosmopolitan cuisine.

We visited the Portfolio restaurant on our final night in Prague to conclude 30th birthday celebrations. We each enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu as well as a few G&T’s for £88 each - a bargain when you consider the quality of the food and overall experience. From tender veal, to cod that was cooked to perfection, this meal was a delight from start to finish. The staff were very attentive, and the spacious seating arrangements had a private dining feel. Set slightly back from the main hustle and bustle it’s the perfect setting to enjoy an evening meal. Highly recommend!

Outstanding food and service. My server, Lenka, not only knew how all the food on the menu was prepared, but knew all of the available wines as well. She made excellent suggestions for which wine to pair with which course. The scallops with smoked eel foam were perfectly prepared and I loved the venison. All around, it was just a very enjoyable meal.

Got the gift card for this restaurant and were really looking forward to visiting this place, specially after reading so many great reviews. We had the crayfish tails appetizer and veal cheeks with Spätzle, but this was very unfortunate choice, it seems. Crayfish taste was lost in fennel cabbage and veal cheeks dish was bland with some weird aftertaste. So we were really disappointed.
Otherwise the place itself is looking great and the servers are nice.

Had the pleasure of having dinner at Portfolio. The restaurant has an air of subdued sophistication without being "over the top". The tables are widely spaced out, so it feels very airy, which I really appreciated. It allows you to have a chance to relax and hear the neighbors discussion.
The menu has a wide offering so that if you part of a large group, everyone will be able to find something to eat. There is an option for a tasting menu, which I usually avoid and prefer al carte. I decided on the burrata for the starter which which was nicely prepared. For the main the venison was chosen. It was extremely tender and melted in your mouth. For the the finish, the panna cotta was selected. All the the choices sounded good, so the selection was a bit difficult. When trying to decide upon the wine, I was brought a sample of each wine to taste before making the selection which was really appreciated.

Michael and Xavier were the best servers. Every second they were with us making jokes bringing great food drinks. The environment here was amazing. They really took the time to make sure we had a good dinner and even brought more hot sauces when I said I liked hot sauce. The price is unmatched and the quality of the food is incredible. VERY VERY MUCH recommend

First dinner in Prague, and wow, did they set the bar high. The service was perfect. The Somm provided amazing insight and recommendations to pair with the food we ordered. Very high bar considering we are also Somms. The food was amazing. The flavors just hit all the right marks. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Prague. We will visit here every time we come to Prague. It will stay on our must visit list.

I booked Portfolio for my partners birthday and it do not disappoint. We both had the tasting menu with wine paring which was incredible and great value. The food was fantastic and lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.
A special mention to the staff of the restaurant who were brilliant, my partner has a servers but allergy and going outside of the UK can be hit or miss with this however the Portfolio staff were great.

Visited for my 60th birthday and was treated with respect, courtesy and genuine kindness.
The restaurant setting is beautiful and we liked the fact that the tables are spaced out so that you are not able to overhear someone else's conversation.
The food was wonderful and we appreciated the waiters advice about which wines to pair up with our meals. We also noted that staff did not hang around our table for too long, giving us privacy, yet they were on hand at just the right moment to refill a glass or bring the next course.
We went to another Michelin restaurant the next day and it was not a patch on the food and service we experienced at Portfolio.
If we come back to Prague this restaurant will be on our 'to do' list again.

Food was delicious. I had the lamb and she had red fish (like red snapper except from river). Both were incredible. Superb wines to choose from - the 2009 Barolo was perfect with the lamb. Service was a bit inexperienced but made up with outstanding attention. Highly recommend. Our friends went after us and had a similar experience with the food although their waiter (different one) gave them lamb when they had ordered cod. Not a deal killer but just be warned.

Food was OK some dishes even very good, the salmon was undercooked but other things were good. The waiter was however dishing out comment left and right. Laughed when one ordered beer and the one not drinking alcohol got many subtle comments. Probably wanted to sell wine but should be professional enough to accept that you can eat good food without drinking wine.

It has taken me far too long to write this review and it will only be short because quite honestly, I can’t put in to words just how incredible this place is, how much of an amazing experience we had, and how our meal here will forever be a special place in our memories.
My boyfriend bought me a surprise trip to Prague for Christmas 2021. He booked it for end of Feb/beginning of March 2022 and made all the plans whilst we were there also. He told me of an incredible looking place he’d booked one night for a meal, being Portfolio.
From the second that we arrived, to the moment we left, the service was truly first class. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that served us throughout as he was just so attentive, knowledgable and professional. He recommended the most amazing Riesling wine which was delicious!
The food…once again, where to start. Literally one of the best meals we have EVER ate, anywhere! Every single course was so flavoursome, cooked perfectly with all flavours marrying so well together. It was literally nothing short of perfect.
My boyfriend chose this incredible place and thankfully it did not disappoint as afterwards, whilst walking through Old Town Square to go for more drinks, he got down on one knee and proposed…after 16 and half years together!
So we can’t thank you enough, for being the mood setter for what was the most magical, perfect evening! We will remember it forever!!

What an elegant spot. We had our own dining room, which made our evening extra special. Our service was flawless as we had a served that had been assigned entirely for us. What could have been heavy handed was really just invisible. The food was exceptional and we enjoyed every bite, being able to hear each other as we shared stories and made memories. Thank you for a memorable meal

We followed a recommendation from the hotel consierge to try out this restaurant on a recent trip to Prague and it did not disappoint.
We are still revelling in the tastes and variety of flavours in each course given to us. Every staff member has a purpose, from greeting you, talking you through each course and wine selection, another person ensuring your drinks and bread is topped up to someome who walks you to the door to wave you off.the warmth and friendliness in portfolio is incredible.
I could not recommend this restaurant high enough. Anyone going to Prague must go here and give your taste buds a lesson in fine dining cuisine for half the price you would pay for such an exceptional meal at home!
