Disappointing food experience

Got the gift card for this restaurant and were really looking forward to visiting this place, specially after reading so many great reviews. We had the crayfish tails appetizer and veal cheeks with Spätzle, but this was very unfortunate choice, it seems. Crayfish taste was...lost in fennel cabbage and veal cheeks dish was bland with some weird aftertaste. So we were really disappointed. Otherwise the place itself is looking great and the servers are nice.More

Don't miss this restaurant- outstanding food

Outstanding food and service. My server, Lenka, not only knew how all the food on the menu was prepared, but knew all of the available wines as well. She made excellent suggestions for which wine to pair with which course. The scallops with smoked eel...foam were perfectly prepared and I loved the venison. All around, it was just a very enjoyable meal.More

Worth a visit, wonderful food!

Very nice restaurant with wonderful food and service. We were visiting Prague and based on reviews we decided to eat at Portfolio. My husband claimed it was his favorite restaurant of our trip to Prague. The venison was delicious and perfectly prepared.

Great (vegetarian) food experience!

I found about this gem in Michelin app (1 michelin). It was fantastic from beginning to the end. I mistakenly showed up on Sept 5 when my reservation was for September 6. They were able to accommodate me and the service was impeccable. I was...very happy with the entire experience! Food has excellent flavours and I chose vegetarian. It was fresh, and original presentation.More

Enjoy Portfolio!

Great restaurant with very very nice Italian food in a lovely setting. Service was excellent. Wish we could have had dinner as well as lunch!

Amazing!

I booked Portfolio for my partners birthday and it do not disappoint. We both had the tasting menu with wine paring which was incredible and great value. The food was fantastic and lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. A special mention to the staff of the...restaurant who were brilliant, my partner has a servers but allergy and going outside of the UK can be hit or miss with this however the Portfolio staff were great.More

Awesome and delightful!

This was a surprise! We ordered a taster menu. Me and my wife had such a lovely pleasant surprise! Food was absolutely tasty and was one of the very good fine dining moment. We had Valerie, who explained to us the matching wines at every...step. Can recommend this to anyone for a special occasion. Will definitely go again!More

Czech best

What an elegant spot. We had our own dining room, which made our evening extra special. Our service was flawless as we had a served that had been assigned entirely for us. What could have been heavy handed was really just invisible. The food was...exceptional and we enjoyed every bite, being able to hear each other as we shared stories and made memories. Unexpectedly amazing!

Our best meal in Prague!

This was our best meal in Prague! The restaurant is very elegant, we had the a la carte dinner, beef the king crab & beef confit as starters and the beef rib eye and duck breast as main course, all very good and very creative...presentation. their version of snickers as dessert if you are chocolate lover a must! Service was excellent by our waitress Lenka & Pavlina. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!More

Nice choice for first night in Prague

Usually the first meal in a new city is not always optional. However, we were happily surprised by having a romantic evening at Portfolio restaurant in the old city. We picked the menu with wine pairing and the flavors were great. The personal very friendly..., service quick and the price logical. I have no problem to be back again.More

A taste of the modern cuisine

Near our hotel, but concierge had to book a table - very popular. Rather reasonable prices. Our group of six had a nice big table with a very attentive server - willing to explain everything. Menu items are very elaborately constructed - beautiful presentation. Food...very good.More
