The service was very friendly, good location and nice design... Try their hot chocolate they have three options... take it away and enjoy markets
přátelská obsluha dobré umístění přímo na náměstí, pěkný interiér... vyzkoušejte jejich horkou čokoládu, mají tři druhy... vemte si sebou a projděte...si trhy...More
Great place for a quick coffee or drinks with friends. The location is perfect, there is a possibility to sit outside during spring/summer. The interior is very cute and stylish. The only thing that sucks is the service. Waiting 30 minutes for a juice is...quite normal in this place. It’s a pity because everything else is great :(More
a REAL breakfast, choices for meat-eaters and vegetarians both. english, american, continental and french breakfasts available. eggs in different styles, pancakes and toast.
great coffee too, coming from an coffee enthusiast.
service was great, good english skills and warmly welcoming to our larger group!
location...is great, right next to the church square, with parking in the narrow streets close by (free on saturday and sunday) .
definitely a suggestion!More
Nykty's has a friendly atmosphere and friendly service. They offer a good variety of different coffees and coffee drinks, and as a specialty, a variety of self-made lemonades. The location is good for a breakfast or for a brunch, with a good offering of different...breakfasts and omelettes.More
Seems this place has changed hands, and previous competent employees were replaced with new incompetent ones.
So, only one star for it being open.
No more stars for the jealousy, pettiness, narrow-mindedness and sour face demonstrated by the blonde manager, perhaps owner, who not only...verbally abuses new and existing employees in front of customers, but also verbally abuses customers!
Although she seems to believe her behaviour demonstrates "genuine" feelings, it actually demonstrates a severe weakness in persona as she is unable to control her personal feelings and present a united, stable professional front, a practice which is not uncommon in this hospitality industry.
Her methods of engaging with customers are far from professional and cannot possibly be generating business or growing the business in any way. Her behaviour demonstrates significant shortcomings in the cafeteria’s management system, in particular shortcomings in personnel competencies and lack of understanding of loss-control procedures and supportive actions.
Abuse should not be tolerated, so I call for a gesture of solidarity “to show solidarity and compassion” over the abuse tolerated until now by employees and customers - avoid this place like the Plague.More
We spent a weekend in Plzen and had asked the hotel where to go. They directed us to 3 closed coffee shops but we had limited time. After 20 minutes of unfruitful search we passed the Nykty's Coffee shop on the main square. A young...lady was just setting up the terrace and I kindly asked her, if the three of us could get a coffee - it was 8.30am and they open at 9am. She and her colleague were very friendly, had as take a seat on the not even yet completely set up terrace and organized for us to get three great coffees. Thank you very much.More
