Great coffee, epic cake!!

Dropped in for dessert & coffee after eating elsewhere & had awesome, old school, creamy cappuccinos with fantastic caramel cheesecake/raspberry, white choccy & pistachio mousse cake. Just what was required!! The cafe is in a great location to watch the world go by & the staff are very friendly & happy to explain the menu. Ace place.

It feels like unboxing a blind box.

Visited begin November as couple. Service was slow. Drink was good. Cakes are individual. We ordered a Matcha (Motcha) drink along with two cakes from the counter. While the service was prompt in taking our order, the delivery took longer than expected, especially considering the cakes were already at the counter. (3/5) The Motcha itself was decent, but it lacked sugar. The Matcha flavor was quite intense and the drink felt a bit dry. Even when sugar was added, it didn't significantly improve the taste, but a little bit. (4/5) However, the cakes were a different story. The raspberry cake was delightful, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and tartness. The cream on top had the ideal consistency, complementing the flavors well. (5/5) On the other hand, the chocolate cake started off well, but towards the end, it became a bit too greasy for my liking. (3/5) In terms of ambience, the coffee shop was decent, although nothing particularly fancy or unique. It provided a pleasant setting for a relaxed afternoon, especially if you choose to sit outside. However, I would recommend visiting during moderate weather when it's neither too cold nor too hot. (4/5) Overall, while the service could be improved and the Matcha drink could use some fine-tuning, the delicious raspberry cake and pleasant atmosphere make it a worthwhile spot for a leisurely break. (3+4+5+3+4)/5 = 3,8 => 4 stars

The best cappuccino EVER!

My adult sons and I stopped to get lunch. One son ordered a cappuccino. He declared it the best ever. I tasted and agreed and ordered another. Another perfect coffee. No bitterness, just smooth and delicious…sugar not requires. The lunches were all amazing as well. So glad we tripped across this place while we were walking through the town.

Great location in the center. The cakes are well done and probably their best items. The brunch left a lot to be desired. Eggs Benedict (with spinach which isn't Benedict) was served with a thin, flavourless hollandaise on brioche which was not brioche but simply a thick cut toast bread. The shakshuka was served tepid, with the egg poached not baked and was underseasoned and lacking the integral za'tar and sumac and option of green chilli sauce. When it was raised to the waitress she was arrogant and dismissive. All in all, maybe good for a quck coffee and cake but eat somewhere else. Hopefully they will fix their service but the post pandemic gastro economy in the CR is suffering huge losses as no one will return to gastro business until the salaries and benefits are on par with other industries.

Went to Le Frenchie after having lunch nearby, since we wanted to have a good cup of coffee and then we also got tempted by the cakes on display. The place was very busy so we decided to take our beverages and food away, and enjoy them outside. The coffees were good, the Paris Brest really tragic (strangely sour and the filling way too dense) and the fruit tart just meh. Pity because they looked nice. Prices were slightly high, and if the quality had been better there would have been no complaints here, but it wasn't the case unfortunately. Overall not a place i'd visit again though.

Nice quiet place next to a park

If you are looking for nice and quiet place to relax and drink a coffee and get a snack, this place is for you. It is right next to a beautiful park. The coffee is great and the staff is very friendly.

Amazing place at amazing location

Excellent breakfest

I was with my 2 friends in Pilsen and we back to this cafe each day for breakfast. Each time take something new and it was amazing tasty and looks great. Very recommend.

Great food and service!

I ordered the eggs Benedict. For a very reasonable extra charge, I added bacon. It was absolutely delicious! The staff is well-trained and the service was better than expected.

Great place for afternoon snack

We stopped at Le Frenchie Cafe for an afternoon snack and were not disappointed. The desserts were soooooo good and tasty. Service was very fast even though they were very busy. Would definitely return. Hot chocolate was outstanding.

A wonderfully decorated cozy cafe to relax. There we enjoyed the best coffee in Pilsen with skilfully decorated milk foam. The cake was delicious. Especially the pecan pie. The quiche was great too. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff very accommodating and pleasant. We went back the next day. It could not be better! Please stay that way. Thank you!!! Greetings from Germany.

Very nice french style coffee bar with excellent quiche

It is the favourite place for my 16y old daughter (student) in Plzen. We visited it together with her last weekend. Now I understand why: they sell high quality products. I tasted a home made limonade, double espreso and sinach / blue cheese Quiche. Everything very taste.
