Great environment, good service. Authentic greek food, huge menu, suitable for vegetarians as well. Big portions, great flavor, really good food, average prices.

It’s been our second visit. The first one was one year ago and was very good. But this time it was very dissapointing - very very slow service, chicken meat undercooked, octopus was tough, all other meals tasted just by garlic... appetizers were ok though.

Delicious foods.Nice atmosphere. Good location. It was nice to taste Greek foods in Liberec. When I was in there kitchen closed at 21:00. It was their rule. But not very big problem. After that time you can continue to drink what you want.

As the title suggests, this place serves delicious food and feels comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

Masa Buka is 100% Greek genuine food! Delicious appetizers, fresh Mediterranean fish that is unique in Liberec. If you love wine just ask for wine list. Regular table wine here is not so great. The wine list has reasonable wine selection from Italy France Greece...and Georgia.More

Masa Buka is a centrally located restaurant in Liberec offering a variety of meze and souvlaki. My only gripe was that the food was a bit too salty. Given the size of the city, staff speak just a spattering of English but showed an incalculable...amount of patience to non Czech-speakers like ourselves. All the waitresses and waiters were extremely polite and greeted us with smiles. Three generous size portions from the starter and main course plus a 500 ml carafe of white wine came to less than 20 euros (508 Kč). Given the fact we arrived on a Saturday evening with no prior reservation we had a sneaky suspicion we'd not get a table. The restaurant supervisor however had no problem in getting us in at our desired time that very evening. Overall a good place for laid-back, semi-formal dining.More

I had high expectations; this place has very good reviews both here and on Czech sites. I went in on Saturday afternoon; it was reasonable busy; had a table on 2nd floor (aka balcony). The service is friendly and easy going, nice. The atmosphere is...charming, pleasant Greek music, the layout and decor are also very welcoming. It really felt like being on some Greek island and not in Liberec with snow storm outside :). Once the food arrived it actually got even better. I had grilled octopus which was on a special menu - excellent! I somehow craved octopus and knew upfront that they did not have it on the menu - so this lovely surprise made my day. I also had Greek salad which was very very good; bread is fine but maybe too thinly cut. They offered me a small starter on the house and ouzo in the end; very nice touches. Well, I think I am back next time I am in Liberec. The prices are not that cheap for local standard - the lunch was 25 Euro, but it felt like great value for money!More

Do you wanna cheap but high quality lunch menu prepared with care? Or rather spend evening hours enjoying typical Greek cuisine? Mind fresh fish, sea food or delicately prepared lamb? You're at the right place for all of them. This restaurant is managed by a...native Greek couple, chef being one of them, preparing typical Greek dishes from ingredients directly from land of olives and ouzo. You can get varieties of starters, typical grilled or baked meat, gifts of sea and you shouldn't miss dessert and of course wine to feel the Greece throughout your whole body. Not a spacey place (you can't get any in Greece too), traditional decorations, cosy and neat. Even though pretty full from opening hours till the end of the day (make sure you make your reservation at least a day before), they can always find a place for you to sit. And service? You know what they say about Czechs and icicles? Then there's no Czech in there :-) Everyone treats you as it suits for guests, feel free to talk to them about anything, you can even chat with chef if he's got second to leave the kitchen (that's far from being standard in our country). And when you think your stomach is full enough, you get a dessert for free. Try it once and you'll have to come back!More

I was looking here @ TA for a lunch opportunity in Liberec, and this had caught my eyes, even with their website, which calls: we do fine meals, not opulent websites. Well, let's check it. Located near the Liberec townhall, it is easily acessed from...the centre. The street itself has a lot of traffic and looks a bit ugly, you would not expect to find a good restaurant there from the first sight. But anyway, there it is. The staff was very helpful and nice, given that we had a baby-carriage in a interieur with considerable number of steps. The restaurant is two story (at least). We had a bean soup, gyros and stifado. The soup was good, the latter then very good. Fast service, as expected during the lunch period, and nice price. From what I have understood, it is one of the town's favorite restaurants and you will not make a mistake, if you call for reservation in case you want to visit. We were maybe lucky, just after the short holiday of the enterprise.More

Awesome food, really nice atmosphere and restaurant. Greek food is incredibly light so you won't feel overfill. Prices are appropriate.

We were very satisfied with all the food and service. Delicious, fast and pleasant. They are great. Surly return next time!
