After thinking about it, I went straight to the hotel with my parents to eat. It was very easy to reserve a table. Both waiters were very friendly and attentive. He spoke fluent German. Shortly after we sat down, someone came and asked what we wanted to drink. We didn't have to wait long for this either. The menu said that a pork steak would take around 30 minutes and this time was kept to. This steak was very tasty, with the fries and the castle potatoes that we ordered with it even more so. And the food was all served at the same time. As I said, the waiters were very attentive and as soon as they saw that your drink was empty, they came straight away and asked if you wanted more. Everything was very inviting. And for €12 for a steak like this, it was super good.

To start with, immediately following me Booking a room, a Receptionist called me welcoming & explaining the location, accessibility & parking option. The location is excellent. The room is cozy & obviously for the price was small. Room amenities & equipment including AC are great. Breakfast is generous & Most of people would find what they want. Tow elevator ensure less waiting time.

A nice clean restaurant with wonderful views of the old town. The waiters were very friendly and it was possible to order in German and English. The food was freshly prepared and was very delicious. We could also take our dog with us without any problems.

A lovely experience.
We ate at the Romance restaurant 3 times and each time it was very good. The carp and grilled salmon fillet are highly recommended. A special mention for the friendly and smooth service from Ihor and Denisa. because of the tourists from Belgium.

The whole family will find a dish to their liking on a menu that offers a wide choice of varied options, both local (excellent shank) and "international". Good mash. Pleasant and efficient service, speaking good English. Preparation time a bit long... but it's generally a good sign and written on the map! Recommended.

Tasty food at affordable prices. We had organic chicken wings and salmon salad. If you get a chance, try the wings with bbq sauce... they were really great. Even though it took us (my girlfriend) a very long time to choose our food, and we changed one dish after ordering anyway, the waiter was very attentive and nice.

Another great spot in Karlovy Vary for a meal. We dropped in for lunch and sat outside on the terrace, and enjoyed our lunch of Czech specialties - Moravian pocket, and poached salmon. Both meals were full of flavour, and generously portioned. The Moravian Pocket (30 mins to prepare) was well balanced, perfectly cooked pork fillet, velvet jus and stuffed with finely chopped vegetables and herbs. Great dish! The poached salmon was served with a most tasty puree of root vegetables, seriously it was the best thing i had in KV last week.
Service was friendly and didn't mind my lack of Czech language skills. Definitely worth a visit.

First we came for a cup of coffee on the terrace. It was cold and the waiter brought us coffee and hot tea immediately). We really enjoyed this place, just watching people and sipping our drinks. We decided to come for a lunch and were happy about our choice again! The food was very very tasty and staff super friendly! The restaurant is in the heart of the city, very beautiful place with pleasant atmosphere!

We dined in the restaurant Romance with my husband yesterday. We were looking for some place with romantic atmosphere, and that was what we needed! We ordered wine and main dishes. Both were perfect! Thanks for the beautiful evening and nice memories from our vacation! We will definitely come back!

Ate here a few times, 2x for breakfast buffet; a very good selection of food. 2x for dinner. Food was well presented and prepared. Service and wine was very good as well. Would recommend for sure.

Restaurant Romance is fantastic restaurants with variety of items on the menu.
First time visiting this beautiful city- very difficult to find place to eat when you have certain requirements.
Terrific service provided by Jacob made our stay more pleasant. He is very professional, extremely polite, pleasant and always genially trying to accommodate clients requirements by providing highest standards of service. Thank you Jacob!
