Excellent cuisine, helpful and kind staff. The best fresh quality ingredients and perfect service. You will have the opportunity to look directly into the master kitchen, where you will discover that every course is prepared with love and at the highest level. A restaurant in a beautiful, quiet location, where, especially in the case of outdoor seating, accompanied by French cuisine, wine and the sounds of chanson, you feel as if you have been transported to Paris itself. A visit to this restaurant will not only fill your stomach, but also your soul, and you will leave with the best feeling.

Recently, my friends and I visited the Le Marche restaurant in Karlovy Vary.
This is a charming little atmospheric place serving haute French cuisine.
A daily changing menu, an experienced French master chef, a long-time winner in foie gras, an impressive waiter who masterfully played his role - everyone was good!
We decided to try the 6-course menu and have never regretted it! The dishes were distinguished by exquisite taste and excellent presentation.
The waiter had a special charm and served our table as if no other guests existed for him.
The highlight of the place was its atmosphere - like a small French bistro. Quiet music, a small but cozy room, stylish, discreet decor - all this created an authentic atmosphere of some French town...
We spent a magical evening at Le Marche, where the quality of food and service were excellent."
We recommend it to everyone who loves good French cuisine, an authentic atmosphere and excellent service.

With my husband and another couple we have been guests to Le Marche’ on 26/07/2024.
It has been a fantastic experience, we have very much enjoyed the cuisine, the atmosphere and the professionalism of the Waiters. Especially we want to say that Paul (“small Paul”) has made very good suggestions and showed a great commitment and passion to his job.
We will be back to Karlovy Vary and will definitely enjoy Le Marche’ again !

Overall, the restaurant has a pleasant appearance, though for a fine dining establishment, one would expect tablecloths rather than paper placemats. The lacquered wooden tables seem more fitting for a cafeteria, especially since they are scratched. The waitstaff are very polite and eager to assist, explaining the menu items, what each dish includes, and recommending wines. They also take and retrieve coats from the cloakroom. The service is top-notch.
Now, about the food. The first course, a mushroom cream soup, was tasty but quite ordinary. Nothing unique. For the main course, we ordered fish on saffron risotto and pork with beans and sausages. Both dishes were good, but our expectations were higher. The risotto was too al dente, and the pork was bland, with the spicy side dish overshadowing its flavor. Additionally, the pork seemed to be prepared in a more Czech style rather than French. Overall, we were not very impressed with the food.
We decided to order foie gras as an extra dish. We expected a delicate pâté but received an over-chilled piece with streaks of solidified fat, making it impossible to spread. To be fair, the presentation was interesting, with gingerbread and apple confit accompanying the liver.

Restaurace Le Marché in Karlovy Vary is an absolute must-visit! We dined here as a family of three, including our 1.5-year-old child, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even playing with our little one, which made the visit even more enjoyable and stress-free for us as parents.
The menu was exceptional—every dish was perfectly crafted, full of flavor, and simply delicious. The attention to detail and the warm, attentive service truly set this restaurant apart. If you're in Karlovy Vary, don’t miss the chance to dine here. It’s a gem for families and food lovers alike!

The food was delicious, the concept of new menu every day is great and the place was really accomodating to my dietary restrictions. Nice benefit is the servivce, everyone was professional but easy-going and fun interactions were not an exception. You could see that everyone loves food and loves the menu. Wine pairing was top notch. Cannot wait to eat here again.

An elegant and high-quality restaurant. Just outside the center it offers a quiet and refined environment. Good service with a few minor distractions. Gourmet cuisine: expertly prepared and well presented dishes. I expected more taste and flavor from the fish. Exquisite desserts. The menus are tasting menus, at affordable prices. We were here for the second time, we had a six-course menu. The starters were all 3 excellent. The main dish, the cod, was unfortunately unsalted, unfortunately it was not possible to make up for it with salt. The second main course was duck with beans and they were not good at all, we left them. Dessert brioche pudding with apples was delicious!
Excellent service, pleasant and friendly demeanor.
I wouldn't have any reservations about the price of 1550 per person if everything was perfect, now it was only 4* out of 5. Hopefully it will be great again next time :-)

We have been to Le Marché several times and have always been very impressed, but this time we had the VIP dinner in the kitchen - and it was really something special! From the great service and the great people in the kitchen, where you had to feel absolutely at home, to the food, everything was perfect. Actually, every course was exceptional, so you don't even know which was the best. All in all, highly recommended. If you come to Karlovy Vary and like to eat, you should definitely stop by this restaurant! Thank you for the great evening.

During our visit on March 25th we ate the 3-course menu, which included delicious oysters, a piece of excellent fjord trout and a scoop of raspberry sorbet. The employees had good knowledge of German and English and were extremely friendly. The homemade raspberry lemonade was also recommended.

We went for the 6 course menu and from start to finish it was an excellent experience. The dishes are very well balanced en beautifully presented, the service was impeccable. This restaurant is a good candidate for a Michelin star. An absolute winner in Karlovy Vary

Just a fantastic experience all around. Staff was excellent, food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was good. Having a chef set a menu based on what inspires them that day is a really fun experience. Cannot recommend enough.

Sometimes, too rarely, a restaurant manages to combine an excellent kitchen, first-class fresh ingredients, and superior service into a surprising blend of dedication, professionalism, and talent.
This is, in short, what we experienced in Le Marché in Karlovy Vary after first having tried their lunch and then their dinner. On both occasions did we enjoy needly decorated plates with carefully prepared, tasty dishes, served with elegance, friendliness, and dedication.
Le Marché clearly understands and applies the holistic approach to a meal – combining quality, ambiance, sequencing, and hospitality.
Bravissimo, Le Marché. Well done. Hope to return to your culinary heaven again…!

This restaurant offers French cuisine of very high quality. Limited offer on lunch menu (one menu with alternative main course) means the best possible result on the plate. I have visited this place three times in the past two years and was always able to choose my favorite meals. And the restaurant keeps its level of service.
