I don't understand all the amazing reviews. I thought the food was normal, fresh ingredients, but nothing special. Plus, I didn't like their limited menu of only three dishes. We had lunch there and I don't see it happening on another visit. Based on what...the restaurant says about themselves and seeing the reviews, we were expecting something much more. This was the most amazing food experience we ever had. The service from the lead server, Pavel, was impeccable. He gave great wine advice as well. The chef is a magician. We will be back for sure.
We tried four restaurants in town, trying to avoid the (many) tourist traps, and this was definitely the best. We had the six-course menu, which was delicious, with three appetizers, two main course, and one dessert. Moreover, great service and extremely good price to quality...ratio.More
Le Marche has become my favorite place to eat in Karlovy Vary. I simply do not miss a chance to eat there when I am around - I have tried their six course menu, as well as more humble three course or lunch menu and,...through out the period of a few years, it was always a great dining experience. The staff is professional, knows their menu really well and so ready to help. And let me add here on the value for money aspect, as many visitors may be considering exactly this nowadays. I would like to encourage a real economic thinking for the guests doubting the prices. What you will get in Le Marche is: A - transparency: Le Marche displays everything crisp and clear on their website and provides quite a few options from a humbler lunch menu to VIP dining experience. In other words, you can decide on your budget in advance and be sure you will always be a dearly welcome guest. B - quality: In Karlovy Vary you can easily be tricked by really overpriced menus in the restaurants in the center. Still your choice - either you can have an average goulash for lunch for 400-500 CZK or the best meal you have had in your life for only slightly a bit more.More
This is truly a very good place to eat in Karlovy Vary. The food is excellent as is the service. Situated along the river, it is also nice to eat outside, weather permitting
First time back since Covid retreated. Still the same fantastic taste, wine and service. This visit we did not bother looking elsewhere, no need. After the first evening it was clear where we would have our evening meals. Every evening and two lunches were spent...at Le Marche. Perfect location outside next to the river. Very good food. Minor comment, make sure there is a higher standard for your apero's & refresh the bread basket when empty but this is just nitpicking.
We are very happy with our decision to choose Le Marché for dinner during our stay in Karlovy Vary. Food was delicious without being pretentious (we went with the three-dinner menu and shared everything, portions are normal-sized not the tasting menu-sized – one should remember...that when choosing 6-course menu :)), wine was superb. The service was excellent – nice, attentive and good-humoured. We definitely recommend Le Marché as a must-visit restaurant while in Karlovy Vary.More

I was looking for some place to eat yesterday evening and I've discovered this place. The food, including service was excellent, but the most I've enjoyed desserts.
Visiting this magnificent restaurant was one of my biggest pleasures ever happened to me. Im speechless, im definitely going to visit this place again. Just delicious dishes.
