Beautiful and modern restaurant in Carlsbad, perfect food, amazing staff! The restaurant is very close to the Thermal Hotel.

I would say it is last non touristic restaurant in Karlovy Vary. Everybody is very nice, beer is great and food is even better! Highly recommended :)

What a sensational place. Great food, one course better than the next, the staff very friendly and not pushy. All in all a gorgeous conclusion for a great city vacation.

This little gem is located right next to the apartment we were staying in, so it was super convenient. The place is not your standard old fashioned pub; the decor is very modern and chic and the music is some techno modern stuff which I...suppose could have been less loud. But I digress...the menu is an eclectic mix of modern and traditional. We enjoyed everything. The beer is the standard Prazdroj offerings, but of course it's good. Service was friendly and quick. We found the restaurant by trip advisor. The website stayed that they served the best so you could better make a reservation. So we did (could only at 19:00 hrs and the website stated that calling for other time was hopeless). So as we expected...the restaurant should be fully booked. We came in and there was plenty of space. I think maybe 10% was taken. As we came in they immediately asked if we spoke German. We are from the Netherlands but we also speak German. However our English is better. Didn't mind, they immediately assumed we were German. We looked at the menu and it seemed to look nice. We both ordered starters. My boyfriend got it way earlier than I did. I asked if this was alright and they said yes it is fine. He already finished his starters and than I finally got my one. It was an awkward moment. As cherry on the pie the main meal even was served when I just took my last bite of my starters. The food was ok, not overwhelming just normal. I would never go back here or recommend this to anyone. We did make a reservation for 2 hours but where out withing 45 minutes with starters and main course.. didn't really enjoy the experience..More

Our visit at La Hospoda in Karlovy Vary was very pleasant. In contrast to the rather historic old town of Karlovy Vary La Hospoda is a quite modern restaurant. The food is local but on the finer side, the staff very friendly and capable of...speaking German, English and Czech. The food is priced very fairly (ranging form about 10 to 20 euros for main courses) and tastes delicious. We enjoyed our lunch at La Hospoda and are happy to visit this place again!More
