We really enjoyed our visit at this restaurant during our extended weekend in Karlovy Vary. The ambience and service were great and the food was very tasty. Such wonderful food should be served by a caring waiter. Our reservation was made by phone for 7pm, when we arrived. It therefore was a surprise that at 8.20pm, having enjoyed some delicious Spanish food, the music went silent and the waiter was walking around...the restaurant turning off the lights. I understand that It being the night of 23rd December, the staff would want to go home early. But when I commented on this most unfriendly act of inhospitality, I was told that the restaurant closed at 8pm. Why was our reservation accepted for 7pm at a sophisticated restaurant without being told that we would only have one hour to enjoy our meal? Why did it say in Google that the restaurant was scheduled to close at 10pm that evening? Why was it not possible for the waiter to diplomatically ask us if we were ready for the bill as they were planning to close? To cut the music and switch off lights was a depressing end to what should have been a lovely evening. Our bill amounted to 2 700 Czech Crowns, so I would have thought we would have been treated as valued guests. For a restaurant offering such delicious in an attractive setting, it is such a pity to be let down by insensitive, thoughtless and careless service. I've no doubt the waiter is a decent young man, and my guess is that he was told to act as he did and lacked proper direction. I would like to return to this otherwise-lovely restaurant, but am afraid the good cuisine will be accompanied by poor service. Sadly, I am obliged to give this establishment an overall 'poor' rating.More

The Tapas & Steak - Sabor Mediterraneo provided my girlfriend and I with a memorable experience. The quality of the food was excellent. The ribeye steak we had was 10/10.

Real tasty Spanish food!! Excellent experience. Went there with my wife for lunch, and we enjoyed a wonderful time. The product is top quality, from best meat offer to fresh fish, and very nice tapas selection. I am Spanish and I felt like at home....Wine offering is also delicious. Fake Spanish “Restaurant” The worst experience in Karlovy Vary! Don’t go there! Not fresh food! They are cheating! You can find in their menu the jamon iberico de bellota! Totally fake! And they’re charge you for this sh@t! Unpleasant personnel and fake food! The thieves!

So far not best service, perhaps visited wrong time or not sure, but it felt like in Spain literally. Everything took so long. Starter 40min main food another 30min. Empty drinks.. Well you know may happened. Steak i have ordered was perfect but bit cold...because waiting. Friend plate of fish was like at normal restaurant so a bit overpriced for quality. I won't be coming back for sure. I know way better places for overprice menu.More

I was made welcome and had my meal on the terrace. I chose Pinchos Morunos (Spanish Pork Skewers) which came with a spicy dip-in sauce. I also chose Patatas Bravas and was given a very generous portion with plenty of (too much?) dressing. I had...a glass of Montelciego wine with the meal, and a glass of sangria afterwards to just relax and take it easy. A very pleasant dining experience.More

Usually you are suspicious of Spanish restaurants outside the country, but here they made everything as traditional as possible and with quality products. The service was as great as the food.

We spobtaneously had dinner with some friends in this restaurant. All tapas we've ordered were delicious and freshly made for us. I loved the aioli and the Sangria! We also had picanha medium rare. It was served as we had ordered it. The waitress was...super friendly and spoke german, czech, englisch and italien. For me a almost perfect evening! Highly recommended from me.More

Tasty food and beer. Service was great, helpful, funny, multilingual (English, German, Spanish and Czech).

We arrived around 3pm. We were served by a lovely lady who helped us out in the big choice of tappas. Everything was tasty and food incl drinks, fresh mint tea and coffee for 1300 krones or 51 euro. Very good price quality. Try the...36 month old jamon!More

All of the dished we had were delicious, the service was exceptional and the prices positively surprised us at the end of our meal. One of, if not the best, restaurant in the city.
