Great food, terrible service

Excellent and very tasty food. My family and I have been regular customers for over a year and the food has always been great and I can recommend it. But the service here can spoil your overall experience. Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. not...from 8:00 a.m. as you can find on the internet. And anyway, if you come there some minutes after 9, the staff will drive you out into the cold because "they will be closed for another 15 minutes". And this is just one of the experiences we had here but this was the last straw. If you want to taste an excellent bagel with have excellent service, I highly recommend the bagel lounge in Karlovy Vary.More

Bagel in Cheb

The service was pleasant and the food very tasty. I recommend the duck bagel and raspberry lemonade! The food was prepared quickly.

Best bagels in Cheb

Fresh and tasty bagels, very good service and they also have good Czech beers. Price is relevant to quality of the food and service you will have. I do recommend this place. Their menu with 3 top bagels is great - they call them mini...but it was actually pretty good size - we have to pack them with us :)More

Stylish and cosy place with great food

We came here 3 days in a row for breakfast. Every single time was perfect: from great selection, fresh ingredients, cosy and stylish interior to super friendly and helpful staff. We loved everything! Definitely will come back next time we are in this area :)More

Great bistro with great food and very nice service

Excellent bagels (I recommend Beef in Brooklyn) and an outstanding service! We came for a light dinner before a theatre visit. The bistro was clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and we received it in a few minutes.More

Worth a trip to Cheb for those yummy bagels

Excellent bagels and burgers, worth a trip if you are visiting nearby spas. Super friendly service too. Recommend trying the black panther burger. Yummy!

Unique bagels unique experience

Perfect and well served bagels. Awesome fries. Definitely worth a visit. Do not hesitate and visit this place on the beautiful Cheb square.

Fresh delicate bagels with great service!

Modern funny atmosphere, delicious bagels perfect for children to vary from traditional Czech food. Very kind waitress who offered a tasty chocolate cake in the end.

SO GOOD

We visited on a day trip to Cheb. The atmosphere was great. The food was fantastic. My husband got the Black Panther and I got the Three Amigos. When they say there are three miniature bagels for the 3 Amigos they don’t really mean it....These were three regular sized sandwiches and each one tasted really good and very different. I highly recommend if your really hungry or want to share with someone. I also had the ginger tea and pleasantly surprised that it was made with real ginger and not a tea bag. So that was a bonus. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. If not, might be worth a day trip for this and the area’s history.More

100% recommending

I have been there with my boyfriend this week. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. We love to go out to eat or drink, and we are always happy when we come to restaurant like this. I also work at restaurant so I realy apreciate...when I come in and first thing I see is smiling staff and nice modern interior which makes you feel realy comfortable. I've had a Benedict breakfast and my bf had the special Mischelin bagel with duck meat and both was perfect. I've had also coppuccino and brownie cake and it was amazing! Staff was very kind, they speak English very well, even better than us :D The restaurant was super clean, that's how it is supposed to look everywhere. We realy love concept of this restaurant and we love that it is realy very original idea, to have menu based on bagels. We absolutely recommend visiting this place and if we come back to Czech again we definitely will come back.More
