We went there because it was open on Google, but when we arrive and waited to be seated nobody came and they just looked at us looking like “we don’t want to serve you, go out”. After a minute someone just said that it was...closed. Besides being rude - not surprised - they apparently don’t know how to manage Google profile. We arrived and the waiter seemed friendly. We discussed drinks with him and about 5 mins later he reappeared and asked if we would like a drink. We tried to remind him of the conversation we had not long had and he then seemed to...remember. Ordered the pizza. Its not difficult to make a tasty pizza and yet remarkably, they didn't manage to. The dough was nice but there was so little tomato or cheese it was basically a load of plain vegetables dumped on dough. I asked for jalapeños and even they had zero flavour. Then we asked for the bill and that was the moment that really took the mickey to put it mildly. The waiter, who had a few times by now seemed confused (and the restaurant was far from busy)... took a pad and a piece of paper and swayed as he wrote down (invented) prices while asking us what we had (you had cokes? No, no we didn't have any cokes). It took him some time to write it down, perhaps wondering what he could realistically get away with as we didnt have a menu anymore? So if you want extortionate, arbitrary prices for bland food then this is the place for you. However, if not, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.More
I don't know if we were just lucky, but this was the best pizza we have had in years, possibly ever. It took 40 minutes to arrive and we thought they had forgotten our order, but it was really worth waiting for.
We went to Pizzeria Latran just by chance as we got hungry wandering around. We didn't have any place in mind and just wandered into Latran. It turned out to be a good choice. The pizza was good, the restaurant was nice and the service...was pretty good. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but overall a good experience.More
Food at this place is good, but I think that the prices are too fancy. 1 liter of tapped water costs 60 crowns. Pizza was great - I had quattro formaggi and I strongly recommend it. But be prepared to pay almost 300 crowns for...it. Another thing is no free wifi. I felt like couple of years ago.More
Pretty good food. Not co-ordinated serving all the table. Staff was friendly. The place does not feel cosy and like-home.
We were seated downstairs, as far back as you can. The restaurant looks modestly sized from the outside but has lots of basement space. Both the food and the service were good - the pizza was authentic "Czech Italian" as our tour guide called it....We enjoyed our visit to Pizzeria Latran.More
We stopped here on the way from Prague to Salzburg. I knew the kids would want some pizza for a change and the pizza here did not disappoint! I made a reservation (it was December 26th and many places are closed) which we missed by...30 minutes and they still honored it and sat us in the very cool wine cellar. The food is very good and the service is good, too. Little did we know this restaurant would be a special place to us - we ate our lunch and then left for Salzburg - minutes later we were in a car accident (thankfully everyone was fine!) and we had to return to Cesky Krumlov to await another driver (two hour wait). Having no knowledge of the area, we decided to return to the restaurant and I asked if they would allow us to store our luggage and wait there. They were very kind and understanding (especially after I showed them the pictures of the accident!) and allowed us to sit and wait. We ordered a few drinks and a small pizza, but felt no pressure to do so. We just wanted to show our thanks for their kindness.More

Freshly baked pizzas and handmade pasta is what we had.. and we came out with full stomach. The food was great and very tasty. The portion size is very good and pricing seems appropriate. Polite staff and very quick service.
Unlike many Czechs in my experience these were warm and inviting people. The food & the recommended Czech wine were fab. The wood oven pizzas were simply delicious. Nice cosy place with little windows peeping put to the little alleyway of this gorgeous town of...cesky. Recommend it!More
Had the minestrone soup, very fresh and good flavor... The fresh tuna salad was good as well, but the pizza crust didn't have any char at all, seemed undercooked as they have a wood fired oven...was disappointing.

We had the Hawaiian pizza and it was good. We had a pizza at another place and we were disappointed, so we didn’t have high hopes for this one. The crust was thin and crunchy (how we like it). They do charge for boxes for...takeaway, but that is okay. If you want pizza in Cesky Krumlov, this is a good place.More
We arrived in Cesky Krumlov Tuesday April 23th. Although many of tourism experts had said that you can go to the city just for a day-visit, I decided take advantage of the night with my wife. I checked previously the timetable of the open restaurants...and chose Pizzeria Latran, which would be open until 11 P.M. We arrived at 9:40 P.M. The restaurant was empty, with the manager and the employees chating and laughing. When we got into the pizzeria, a woman made a movement to host us, but a guy stood near her look us and said: "It's closed." I asked about the schedule, and he mumbled that the restaurant was empty and due to this fact he decided to close, although it was open when we got into. It was very disrespectful. You can't deal with consumers like this. Disgusting behavior. Pizzeria Latrán is a shame for the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov.More
