After arriving, we have waited like 15 minutes for someone to approach us, waiter that came looked totally suprised and refusing when we ask that we want nachos and quesadilla with lesser cheese, because of lactose intolerance, so as you image we were afraid of...what we get. The food came suprisingly quickly, cheese came separately in a bowl, so it was not quite what we wanted but still better than double cheese portion inside. Food was ok, we had chicken nachos and quesadilla, the meat was definitely not from chicken breast which is standard in Czech Republic, but the kind of meat you use in soups, so we were a little disappointed with quality. We hit tip of the iceberg when we ordered dessert, churros, for which we waited 40 minutes, we ordered of course with the same waiter and we mentioned it him again, and after 20 minutes another waitress approached us if everything was ok, we explained our situation, after that she completely avoided us, after another 20 the waiter came if we want something more, we told him we are waiting 40 minutes for dessert and he said nothing so we asked for bill and left. Worst experience, mainly because of the service. Surroundings 4/5 Food 2,5/5 Service 1/5 Total 2/5More

I frequent this restaurant often..food is doable, a nice little patio..buuttt as you can see with recent reviews.. attitudes of bar tenders and staff are a major put off.. The last two times I've had some surly attitudes...The waitress was fine but last weekend it...was the male bartender with a beard! If you can't deal with tourists, find another profession! At the least, don't be the typical old school Czech with an attitude...have a little bit of charisma/ oomph!More

I was surprised by bad reviews. This place isn’t as bad as reviews showed. I am visiting Czech Republic from USA. Yes we might have better burgers in USA but the burger I ate here (jazz burger) were good. The fries were good because they...weren’t too oily .people enjoyed Burritos ( Beef , chicken and veggie) . I didn’t encounter misbehavior from waiters or waitresses. They were in fact polite.More

Stop for coffee with my husband around 11:00 in the morning. Place was nearly empty. But blonde haired young waitress was full of bad attitude. Throw a menu at us, Then rushed to take our order, no smile, no nothing! then, brought our coffee with...rough sour face later. Almost angry at us. Very short with her temper. I guess, we were bothering her. No, it was not the language problem, because the lady at the pension where we stayed and we didn't speak same language, but she was full f smile & we connected very well. This waitress just hated be there or just hate tourists. Creaky krumlov is making liiving by tourists. I am sure that people who live in cesky krumlov is tired of tourists, but must love the money that tourists bring in. But this kind of terrible service is sad. Coffee was actually tasty. But this bad mannered waitress ruined it. We came crossed with bad attitude waitress in the past, but this waitress is the worse one. We told how bad this waitress is to a man who also works there, but he didn't care either. This place was the worst experience of our cesky krumlov trip..... Food maybe good, but TERRBLE service!More

Had a lovely time in Cesky Krumlov and stopped here for coffee right before heading back to Prague. The coffee was very good, but unfortunately the waitress with blonde hair and thick black eyeglasses was extremely rude. She acted like we were bothering her, cutting...off our sentences and was very harsh no matter how pleasant we tried to be towards her. It left a bad taste in our mouth and was not the memory we wanted towards this beautIful city. Do not recommend!!More

We had lunch there. Cake called Livanecky 99 were quite good, but my Japaleno burger very, very average. And what is more important, it was much too expensive! 229 Kr. for such a meal is just a robbery. We had a great meal one day...before at other restaurant; shrimps, big steak, 2 glasses of wine and paid 1000 Kr. and at Hospoda 99 about a half of it, approx. 450 Kr. Suumary: not tasty and too expensive (maybe because you have a seat at the river bank, but it is not a compensation for the food).More

They had a wide variety for vegetarians, so I was very pleased:) we had tried to eat here before but everything was fully booked so we decided to make a reservation, which was a wise decision. Great Halloumi burger and my boyfriend and a great...‘jazz’ burger. The soup of the day, as a starter, was a bit on the sweet side but had good taste to it. Mango ice cream was delicious! Perfect dinner combined with wine and beer:)More

We wanted some choices beyond Italian and Czech and found this place via TripAdvisor. It offered some different dinner options and we enjoyed sitting outside. The wine was great also! It’s not flash but comfortable.
