This cafe offers a beautiful view of the town and is very cozy inside. The attendants are smiling and nice. The cakes are absolutely luxurious, the waffles delicious, and the coffee and juices excellent, too. I would have liked a larger selection of savory dishes,...but hey, it's a cafe after all. Our doctor is located in the small town of Mnisek Czech Republic so while there we had breakfast at the Little Monk Kafe. Excellent place. Very good expresso in china cups with water on the side as it should be. Not paper cups like in...the US. My ham and eggs with bread and butter was excellent as was my wife’s sweet cherry waffles. They had salty waffles available also. Easy parking and clean bathroom. Great view of the village from the outdoor tables. Definitely recommend and will be back.More
Many type of the toys offered for the small ones (inside and outside as well). Great conception. You can be sure you are able to enjoy your coffee while the children are having fun. Good selection of drinks, very good waffle, little bit boring cakes....Worth to visit.More

Nice place to enjoy your coffee and eat some sweets, so peaceful. Staff is great, children friendly and if you sit on the terrace you can catch some sun and enjoy the view.

I stopped just to have a cup of tea but was tempted by the menu. Had a spinach and cheese waffle and was not disappointed. Mint tea with honey was lovely too. If you are around Little Monk is definitely worth a visit. Lenka R

Fortunately there was one unoccupied table. Friendly staff, wide menu suitable to serve various wishes. Board games available to play with friends. All we tried was very tasty.

An excellent family friendly coffee shop, what can be better, visit the castle, meander down to the small square and treat yourself to a coffee and cake. The staff are really friendly and approachable, you just can't go wrong at this gem of a place,...located about 40Km West of Prague. A great fun day and stopping place for friends and family to relax, sit outside and enjoy.More
Very nice cafe, with superfriendly staff. Also very cosy and relaxing inside. As a technician, telephone exhibition inside was very interesting. Prices were lower than I expected, offers many types of coffee, tea and other refreshments. Would recommend for its atmosphere and friendly staff.
Young couple running it and they have created a very friendly and nice place. All home made food. special playroom in th 4eback for children where parents can relax and chat as well. Good luck to them
We go to Mnisek pod Brdy couple of times a year where we usually finish out hike. During our last visit around Christmas time we discovered this lovely cafe. Nice ambience, great service, good coffee. We came again 2nd week in January but unfortunately they...were closed for maintenance and cleaning. But really looking forward to coming back soon. Really hope there guys do well.More

Quit and pleasant place, but long waiting time for ordered food. Limited list of goods. I waited long for some cake and after about 30 minutes I was said that the cake is not available!
I´m so sorry for that. Some time, when our cafe is full and we don´t expect it, is longer waiting time :( But we are working to improve it.
The place has a great calm atmosphere with ambient music. The waitress was very sympathetic and smiling. The service wasn't fastest one but it belongs to such calm place. Their coffee is pretty good, also hot cocoa was yummy. We appreciated spacious playroom with heaps...of toys. I'd like to spent there more time with a glass of wine reading a book. Maybe next time :)More

Very pleasantly surprised by the new cafe in Mníšek. I very much appreciated the game room for our son. Great coffee delicious waffles, The friendly service from the owner.Once again I come to Mníšek, I know where to go to the pleasantly spent afternoon.
