This place is well worth seeking out - so ignore the inaccurate placing on the Google map. It is right next to Taverna Michalis, on Gafou Street, but the best tables are round the corner in the square - very atmospheric. The food is traditional Greek and with a Tinos twist. The artichokes and fava were the best we had... More

You will find this in one of the back streets of Tinos. If you stand in the port area looking up to the main shopping area it's the first back street on the right, and the restaurant is at the end. Great food- try the peppers and spicy cheese, the stuffed tomatoes and peppers. We had a taster of the... More

Beautiful enviroment, with tables outside of a church. But the most important fresh and tasty fish and general food. Friendly staff. Prizes "normal" for a touristic area in the midle of the summer.

Very good greek tavern with tasty greek food (a bit overpriced, but not much). We had lunch there, the owner and he waiters were very friendly. We sat in the square next to the small church and it was very quiet.

This restaurant is a bit hidden and it is not easy to find. The food is delicious. I recommend tomatoballs, local sausage, meatballs and bifteki. Everything was great and normal prices.

This remains one of the best tavernas in Tinos. Very fresh authentic greek food. Certainly worth seeking out. First alley on your right on Evangilistra street(The one with all the small shops) with the harbour behind you. It is at the top of this alley on the left. There are a few other places to eat but continue to the... More

Quite simply the best meal I had in my two weeks in the Cyclades. One lunchtime we ate at this simple restaurant, it was basic but pleasant and quite pretty in a quiet pedestrianized part of Tinos town within sight of one of the lovely Greek churches this restaurant specialised in traditional Greek food. We shared starters of courgette croquettes... More

Great food and very welcoming hosts. Loved the food, the local cheese with the sweet red wine was really great. I'm Greek and I loved their authenticity, I strongly recommend it! Also note that the restaurant is on Malamatenia square, next to a small church, not at the indicated address!
