The most expensive latte in North America. Da perk is a sick joke. I had a small latte that was about 8 dollars and it was pathetic and awful. The service was so bad it was like I was getting pranked. Literally they just stared...at me for a while before they even took my order and acted like they were doing me a big favor. Don’t go.More

We were there right when they opened and had 2 Lattes and freshly baked Banana nut muffins- they were amazing. They did have non dairy choices for the lattes the day we were there. The staff was friendly and professional.

Went there very excited for a latte to be disappointed that there are no non-dairy milk options. The menu was very limited and $15 for a bacon, egg & cheese bagel was simply a turn off. I understand that grocery is expensive but to charge...$15 for a store bought bagel with meat, cheese & egg is simply ridiculous. The place has a lot of potential but between the prices and lack of milk options I won't return anytime soon.More

Great food with a view of Governor’s Harbor and Cupid Cay; fresh breads, sandwiches, coffee and even private chef services for private stay or boaters.

They were closed for the holiday unless you had pre-ordered coffee. She saw us outside and opened the door and offered to make us coffee anyway - now that's good service!

Love Da Perk, we go there more than any other place on island and never disappoints—food is delicious and everyone who works there is lovely. Highly recommend catering/private dinners, Chef Horatio is amazing!

Super nice, helpful folks who went out of their way to accommodate us. First day we were there Horatio gave us a bunch of spots to visit and told us to tell everyone that he had sent us. Next time we were there they were...out of their a certain drink so they made us a fresh passion fruit version (it was delish) and another day they made me an americano even though they were closed. Amazing food, great folks, a must stop if you’re in Governor’s Harbor.More

Went in once to grab a quick coffee, ended up coming back almost every day of our 10 days on the island. Great sandwiches, amazing pastry and fresh local drinks. Great, chill place for breakfast, lunch or coffee in Governor’s Harbor. Wish I could take...this place back home to NYC with me.More

First time doing a review within 15 mins of leaving a place. Just felt it deserved "immediate feedback". Without even considering food, prices, portion, and value, the service by the elderly lady at the counter (dressed pretty uppity-ly for island standard) just pushed everything over...the cliff. There were 3 trays of freshly baked muffins, which were half empty. I presume they were sold to other customers. I asked what flavours she had; she said Blueberry, Sunrise, Banana. I next asked if they had other pastries, or if they were all on the countertop. She said they were all here. I'm sorry to be hopeful but I asked if they, by chance, had pineapple tarts (Eleuthera is the pineapple capital, right?). She swept her hand across the counter and said, "they are all here.". Ok, lady, I got it. So, I considered drinks. I asked if they had hot chocolate as it wasn't on the menu. She said she could do one, and started rummaging through her cabinet for a whole minute, before pulling out a scrunched-up packet of instant Swiss Miss (read: is it expired?). Meanwhile, I asked what types of milk they had. She said regular, almond and skim. I asked if she had soy milk, and she again gave me a death flare and repeated "regular, almond and skim". Look, she really could have just said, "I'm afraid not", for both the pastry and the milk alternative. There was no customer after me. If I had met with impatience because there was a small line, I would have understood and felt bad I was holding anyone up. But, on a holiday island, I don't want to meet grouchy old women. I could have walked out, but I guess I cowered enough to buy a Sunrise muffin. I pointed to the 1 and only 1 left on the tray, but she took up one on a plate wrapped in plastic cling wrap instead. It made me feel like I was taking yesterday's leftover since there was only 1 muffin wrapped up and on the small white plate. I asked if she could warm it up, she said the microwave was down. $4 for the muffin? You can one with better service elsewhere. Rude replies, wet leftover muffin, tourist prices for a coffee shack. Unless you are desperate for a latte, smoothie, Goombay Smash outside of a hotel setting, you're better off contributing to the local community in other ways. Sandwiches are $15 to $20. Breakfasts (omelettes, french toast, platter) are in the tens too.More

Lovely coffee shop located on Governors Harbour across from the bay. They serve coffees, soft drinks, teas, delicious homemade pastries in addition to breakfast and lunch. The view, the breeze, the service and flavors are spot on. Prices are typical for the island. They also...carry a variety of seasonal fruits and some veggies. Super relaxing spot! I’ll add some pictures.More

As tourists, we weren't sure what to expect, but it may have been our favorite stop on the trip. My wife and I split the avocado toast and the breakfast sandwich with everything. I honestly don't know where to get equal dishes in the states....I swear they were made totally from scratch. They were so good. We threw in a couple of coffees, which were exactly on point (many options available), and a couple of mac and cheese snacks to go. Extra points for the Caesar style bloody Mary they whipped up for me. Another unexpected winner! One last thing, we were the only tourists enjoying Da Perk while we were there. Seeing that local folks were the majority of the customers let me know we had found the right place.More
