Pretty good food, really good value!

Went to this quaint little Thai restaurant for lunch today. Ordered 2 dishes between myself and the Mrs, the pad see ew and the yellow curry. The former was wonderful, the flavours were delightful. The latter was a little bit bland but enjoyable, just your bog standard yellow curry. What stands out about Lanna is the value for money. The portions were a very good size considering the lunch dishes were just north of ten dollars each. Final note - there is a little bit of a wait for the food, but this is definitely a good thing. You could tell all the ingredients used were very fresh.

Don’t miss this hidden gem

This place never disappoints! All the wonderful smells when you walk in and all the amazing flavors on your tongue during the meal. We’ve ordered several items from the menu now on different occasions and have never been disappointed. The two shown are from lunch today. My husband chose Chicken Thai Fried Rice and I had Shrimp Ba-mee. Both were excellent! The staff is very attentive and friendly and prices are very fair. If you have the chance to go, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed.

Good Thai - Great Service

Great service. Thai Tea was spot on, as was the Cashew Shrimp. I requested 'Medium' spice level, and it didn't disappoint. Not too sweet, as some places can be. Veggies were fresh and cooked perfect. A little less rice than I'd normally get, but it was enough for the generous lunch portion that was served.

My first time here. Very friendly service from Pat. Was accidentally served someone else's meal. (Was waiting on my appetizers). Tried to stop the waitress, but she ran off. Food was good.

Just a typical Thai restaurant

Another visit ( previously December 2023) to enjoy more orange cake. Sadly it was one day away from stale, as was the limocello cake. Disappointing @$9. 95 a slice. The service was flawless and the facility was clean.

Awesome desert !

Extraordinary homemade orange cake!! The chef came to our table and described the recipe. The restaurant was very clean and relaxing.

All Around Good

Had lunch at this restaurant with my family and enjoyed good service (Eileen!) and good food. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was a little slow, and both the manager and chef took time to visit our table. The fresh ingredients and spices shown through. Only quibble is the prices on the dinner menu were too high. I will probably only visit for lunch.

The staff is super friendly and quick to help guide you through the ordering experience. The place is cute but pretty much a run of the mill shopping center set up. Food was disappointing, compared to Thai we've had in bigger cities.

The Jewel of Fleming Island!

I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want authentic Thai food without breaking the bank! Although the owners are American, they have hired some of the best Thai cooks around and it shows with their excellent food and presentation. I chose the Panang Curry with chicken and it was the best I have ever had. My wife had the Shrimp Pad Thai and it was fabulous as well. If you are in the area, then give this place a try. You won't be sorry!

Great Thai Restaurant

The menu is extensive and offers traditional Thai dishes and curries with several choices of meats. We’ve eaten at several other Thai places in the area and none compare. Service was excellent and the manager came over and introduced himself. He advised that the chef was from Thailand and stated that he offered your meal on the traditional 1-5 Thai scale along with additional spices offered table side. Although we like our Thai dishes more spicy than what most other local Thai places offer, having been to Thailand we knew better than to go for the 5. We settled on 3 and the dishes we ordered perfectly matched our expectations. We will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed this place. The Pad Thai was very good. So was the coconut shrimp appetizer. Larry, one of the owners, came by to chat at our table. He’s a very nice man and is very passionate about his new restaurant. The service was excellent. I recommend it highly.

Would come here many times and the food is consistently good. Service is very friendly. Not sure if they are new owners but nothing much has changed except the prices. The prices have gone up since our last visit. Not sure because of the new owners but expect everything to be more expensive on the menu. We were not happy about that.

Great food & Service!

We are always looking for good Asian food because so many local shops seem to lean toward mediocre. We tried Lanna Thai for lunch and weren't disappointed. We both asked for medium heat spice and although they offered four different hot condiments, we were satisfied with medium. Sips of the sweet Thai tea helped cool the fire. Our red shrimp curry on rice was excellent. Chicken pad thai was OK. Both presentation and service were lovely and lunch prices were reasonable.
