I have been to a few AL Aseel - the original in Greenacre, The one that closed down in Newtown and this. This one is very modern compared to the one in Greenacre which is more traditional. Although the menu is a bit different i'd say the food quality is the same. They give you freshly baked lebanese bread with... More

Our first visit to this restaurant was for lunch on Father's Day. Our waitress was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Lady Fingers with cheese for entree were delicious, a perfect starter to nibble on whilst we waited for our mains. We both had the Al Aseel Mixed Plate ($26.) First notable observation was the neat presentation on plates... More

Avoid this place!! I had unfortunately left my wallet on the bar as I was waiting for a takeaway meal. Returning an hour later after several phone calls that the manager kept turning down and or avoiding. The police were contacted and the staff were not willing to assist with the CCTV viewing. I am deeply disappointed in the restaurant... More

I've been to this place a few times... My brother inlaw got food poisoning twice after eating here. And I got food poisoning as well. I had the chicken lemon garlic and lamb shawarma with chips and tabouli. Have been sick for 3-4 days. Husband also got bad stomach cramps after eating here. Will never go back!!

We were amazed at how busy this place was, even on a Sunday night. There were four of us dining, and we tried several dishes. We al agreed the chicken was the pick of the dishes, very tender and great flavour.

I absolutely love eating here! I'm here once a month! The food prices are reasonable, the dishes are authentic and delicious. The staff are lovely! Can never go past an Al Aseel mixed plate.
