We made Cooper our first stop on our sail charter out of Road Town. The beach is quiet, beautiful and friendly. We had dinner at the beach club and watched the sunset while dining. The food was excellent and the sunset was spectacular. Overall a great place!

Eight days of sailing and two nights on Tortola, the Cooper Island dining experience was by far the most delicious. I was taken by the the depth of flavor in their offerings I started with Mango & Coconut Vichyssoise with marinated crab that was out of this world. delicious. As an entree I had the Caesar salad with jumbo grilled... More

Love, love this resort. Whilst we've never stayed overnight at this beach club (always sailed in & moored) we've always had a great time here. The bar is relaxed & friendly with a young international staff who know their stuff (fav drinks-BBC, Baileys, Banana & Coconut & Mango Daquiris). You can do the usual hanging out at the bar area... We have loved this place since the early 90's. It has always been well run with great staff. Now it's even better!! Excellent food! I'm a bit of a beer guy and am VERY impressed with their beers. Especially considering they are brewing on a little island which has to be a big challenge. Jim W

Great spot only open 10 months a year, try and make it if you are in the VI's. Great food and extremely nice staff.

I didn't know what to expect on a lunchtime visit when staying on Tortola, but what we got was excellent. A beautiful place, great food, good service, and all at a good price. Would love to stay for a few days next time we visit the BVI.

We have dined here twice now while sailing around the BVI and has become a must whenever we are there. The service and food are top notch. The fresh catch of the day and the steaks are always on my list of entrees. If you are on a boat, you will need to get there early (before 2PM) to catch... More

We ate twice at Cooper Island during our sailing holiday in the BVI and both times the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I would go as far as saying it was the best food I've had in the Caribbean. There were 10 of us and one member of our party has a dairy allergy and the staff were extremely... More

Really high quality food. Best in the BVi I would say. Great friendly staff. Gorgeous views and right on the beach. Good dinghy dock.

We visited a couple of days ago whilst chartering a yacht around the BVIs. The mooring arrangements were simple and the resturant ashore is lovely. The atmosphere was lovely, bar staff friendly and made good cocktails, and the waiter was very helpful and informative. My starter, pulled pork with mushrooms and poached egg, was amazing and all of our party... More
