Have been here twice in the last two weeks once on Easter Sunday to see a resurrected and restored club and yesterday for a coffee. The restaurant was busy, the shop is full of lovely things, coffee was good but still none of the infamous...More

As usual, we spent the last night in Manchioneel Bay at Cooper Island before we returned our charter boat on the next morning. The restaurant and beach club just reopened a few days prior our visit and the team did an amazing job. Great beach...More

Went for lunch in a big party today with lots of children. The staff were warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. Many had the burger which was pronounced excellent (with great skinny fries) whilst I, on a special diet, requested of grilled mahi...More

We have used the CIBC as a stop for the last 18 years. It has never disappointed us. Food is always good and service is also excellent. The rum bar is something to truly enjoy

Wonderful experience to fly in to St. Thomas, ferry to Road Town, charter a sailboat (monohull), and sail down the Drake Channel, picking up a ball at Cooper. Great updates to the restaurant. I am going back after I finish my book.

Service was fast for our group of 9, captain ate free. Chicken roti was excellent. Deserts awesome. Food a little pricey, but typical for this area. The view across the water to the sparkling lights of Tortola is beautiful.

The place is very nicely situated, however, in the BVI it's hard not to be. Our appetizers were good, as was one main, but the other was mediocre at best. Also, our server seemed to want us to be in and out in 20 minutes.

We arrived early at the restaurant and had a seat at the bar and were given a show. The bartender (Jason) is great and fun to watch. He wasn't the showy Tom Cruise Cocktail bartender, but very good at what he does, mixing dozens of...More
