I visited Alambique 5/6 days I was in Puerto Rico. Pina coladas are a 10. The skirt steak with rice and beans were amazing. Quesadillas lasted for lunch the next day. Perfect view at a small but awesome restaurant!
I can't say how much we enjoyed Alambique! It was walking distance from our condo and we ate here 3 times in 5 days!. It is small and in the evening there can be quite a wait but it was worth it to be right...More
