Totally accommodating. Sit inside or out. Old world ambiance but modern service The wood burning overs produce great meats and a soup steeped for 10-12 hours. Prices are reasonable and you will enjoy the experience.

The restaurant is attractively tucked away in the corner of a plaza in the old town in a very nice setting. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. The food was very enjoyable yet we had only ordered a simple selection of tapas. A nice touch were the free mushrooms pre meal and the free bottled water post meal to... More

The restaurant is located in a small beautiful square next to a church. The food was very good, especially the tapas selection and the enterecot. The service was very warm and friendly. I highly recommend it on your next visit in Ronda.

Given how busy and noisy the bridge area of Ronda can get, El Sacristan is a welcome relief. It's not far from Ronda's centre but is set in a little square, surrounded by churches and mostly pedestrian streets. The lunch menu has something for everyone, and is not overly expensive, given the quality of the food. We shared an artichoke,... More

Arrived without booking (which given how busy the restaurant got, would suggest booking advisable) around 8.00pm. We got a table for four and saw people being turned away at 8.30pm. Staff were kept really busy but didnt ignore us. Our party had different meal options and staff made suggestions at our request re same. Meals were delicious, very well cooked... More

Great food - shared fried eggs with potato and ham and a roasted pork dish. Finished with yummy cheesecake. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Antonio, the owner, came around to chat with each table. Very attentive and personable waiters. Just a lovely evening on the terrace near the park. Highly recommended.

Wonderful lunch sitting out on a semi-hidden plaza near the park. The service was great, the food was wonderful with large portions. Had the menu del dia and it was an excellent meal for a good price. Plus, you felt like you were away from the Ronda tourist craziness. Recommended!

The meat was very good. We had the Iberian pork and entrecot. Recommend getting either one. The cheesecake for dessert was delicious and gluten-free. Restaurant and staff accommodated my gluten-free needs and answered my questions about the food well. Well lit location next to church. We dined inside, which was nice, but the outside looked great too!

Love this place, in the fabulous town of Ronda. Fabulous building, set in the square with tables inside and outside in the square. Food fabulous, recommended. Traditional Spanish menu and local wines. Patron so welcoming and attentive.

My wife and I had an outstanding meal here one evening in September and can thoroughly recommend the restaurant. The ambience was great, the food better than the usual tourist dishes and the service excellent all for a reasonable price. Recommended.

Located at the very heart of the historic center of ronda next to the real colegiata de santa maria la mayor. Our speciality is meats grilled in a wood burning oven. Non stop cooking. Our day off is on wednesday. In winter we close also tuesday night.
