We had the 15 course tasting menu. Every dish was a delight to the eye and palate. We photographed each of them because the food was so beautifully plated and each course served on very different dishes. Flavors are complex but subtle and light. Each...More

We chose the 11 course menu which was plenty. Some 'interesting' courses and obviously it depends on everyone's preferred tastes.Overall it was OK to good but not the best or most memorable meal we've had. The 'wine flight' which can be added to the menu...More

It was my wife’s birthday and we traveled to Ronda with friends and celebrated at Bardal. We opted for the full 19-course chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings and we weren’t sorry. Sounds like a lot but spread out over 4 hours, we absorbed the...More

Our second visit here, last time being two years ago. This time for lunch on a nice Saturday, we were a boisterous party of 6 that left the premises after 2,5 hours in an even better mood. We all went for the "small" menu featuring...More

A splurge dinner and worth every euro! Elegant and restrained decor even to the minimalist table settings so that nothing detracts from the meal. Professional, polite, knowledgeable staff. And the smaller, set dinner we had was wonderful! As were the suggested wine pairings. A terrific...More

At the moment this fabulous restaurant has 1 Michelin star - but deserves at least 1 more! Chef trained at elBulli - this food is superb. There are lots of courses but all small so you wont be too full by the end. The wine...More

We ate here this evening and it was better imho than some 2* restaurants. We had the 17 course tasting menu and every course was a winner. Stand out dishes included the garlic soup, oyster, mackerel and roasted sea bass. Superb service and wine recommendations....More

We had the long tasting menú, 21 dishes, and enjoyed all of them. Most of them are like ellaborated tapas, very well presented and explained to us by very attentive staff. HIGH END restaurant. The view overlooking los tajos de Ronda are magnificent.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dinner at this wonderful little restaurant. It has recently been awarded a Michelin Star and it’s clear to see why. We had the large tasting menu, about 16 courses and each one was absolutely mesmerising, truly...More

The lesser of the tasting menus was stunning. Imaginative, inventive, extraordinary attention to detail. A Fat Duck without the the theatre with with all equal talent and imagination.

Hi, Despite being a "running for a Michelin star" restaurant, You can come as You chose. Some people were wearing dresses and suits. I was wearing practical cargo pants and t-shirt. After all it is still Spain... Lars
