Food is just average. Oxtail was ok. The only amazing item that we had was the Iberian ham. The quality of the ham was excellent. It basically melted in your mouth. Other than that, it's an average restaurant that does not live up to a Michelin guide mention. We had dinner there and it was dark, but as it sits... More

My wife and I recently had dinner. Her Ox-tail was good. My Iberian pork was cold and not tender. The flavor was good. The deserts were good, but not as described. The wine was good. They were out of one of the after dinner drinks (Sherry). The building was nice. The service was good, but contrary to some reviews, they... More

We had a great dinner in Asador Casa Santa Pola. everything we ordered was good. It is run by a family. The octopus was extraordinary, and the chocolate dessert incredible. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. would go back. highly recommend it.

We are in Ronda for one day on a Rick Steve's My Way tour. Our hotel is "across" the bridge from the bull ring and we saw this wonderful spot on our get to know the area walk. Wre came back for dinner at 8:00 am were seated immediately, in fact we had the intimate lower level dining room to... More

Nice Spanish restaurant with typical Spanish atmosphere. Food was very nicely made and a delight. Menu not to big, but sufficient. Food was perfectly made. Outside balconies had a chilly afternoon/evening delight, and beautiful view.

We came 8.10 pm (they open at 8pm) and lucked out we thought getting a table for two on the terrace looking over the gorge. They place itself, has an nice atmosphere but if you can get a table on the terrace, that is the best place to sit. On the front door they had two stickers from the Michelin... More

The waiter at this restaurant speaks basically no English - I managed to articulate in enough Spanish to make a booking one afternoon to come back for dinner the following evening. Same waiter with no English but he somehow managed to be of such soft spoken, courteous, gentle and obliging service, that the language barrier seemed to only enhance the... More

Had dinner here June 15th. Staying in Ronda for our first visit and wanted to eat somewhere different. Wandered around the Cuidad for the afternoon and found this place just before they closed for the siesta. As previous reviewers have said, a fairly small menu, but excellent food, generous portions, friendly, well paced service. Good bread and olives whilst we browsed... More

We were in Ronda for one night and wanted a dinner without the usual 100 choices on the menu. We saw the Casa Santa Pola and decided to take a chance and booked a table. At 8.30pm we were the first to arrive, but found the gentleman who served us very helpful. The menu is limited to two or three... More
