We found the service exceptional, the atmosphere charming and the food was delightful. We started with an appetizer and were absolutely impressed, the flavours and presentation were well done. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, we found there were several price points on the wine...More

We went for a business lunch. Although the exterior building exudes old rustic the interior is beautifully done in creams and whites and well done! The food and service were top notch. An interesting menu with comfort foods and some interesting plates. A great selection...More

The first thing that strikes you when you enter is the art on the walls and the way the rooms are set up. Each course is beautifully served with attention to how it is presented. Their meal package was best way to go, but a...More

Food, service and ambiance were spotless. Worth every cent. Soup, bison tartar and smoked salmon apps were perfect. Duck, beef and Arctic char as well. Desserts are good but not as the rest. The wine recommend was a perfect match. First and not last.

Chefs Fraser Macfarlane and Georgina Mitropoulos opened Quatrefoil Restaurant in May, 2010. Since then, the restaurant has been named among the top 10 best new Canadian restaurants of 2010 by enRoute Magazine, and among the top 10 best new restaurants of 2011 in Toronto by Toronto Life magazine. Quatrefoil Restaurant is also featured as a prime dining destination in the 2011 edition of Where to Eat in Canada. Located in the quaint community of Dundas, Ontario, the restaurant offers contemporary French cuisine in a charming heritage home turned modern eatery. Macfarlane and Mitropoulos, a husband-and-wife team, met in the kitchen of Toronto's Scaramouche Restaurant, before heading to Europe to seek out new food styles and experiences. Together, the pair has cooked in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, training under notable chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay and Gary Hollihead.
