In Rincon it seems like the places owned by younger folks open at reliable hours and do their best to offer a small menu with quality results, and this is one such place. Less concerned with "island time" and more about giving you what you...need. Great vibe.More

This gem in the middle of town is known for its breakfasts and its sandwiches. I opted to have lunch and tried out the Surf and Turf sandwich (Tuna filet with bacon, tomato, mixed green and spicy mayo) and my friend had the Bacon Blue...burger (1/3 lb beef with caramelized onion, bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato and blue cheese sauce. My sandwich was very good although I would have preferred to add more spiciness to the mayo. Tuna was cooked medium well, so it was tender and moist. would have preferred the tuno to be a bit more on the rare side but was not offered the option. The bread was homemade focaccia bread, The burger was good, juicy, tasteful and just the right side. The French fries and the onion rings were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Service was good but I was not in a particular rush so I did not mind if it was fast or slow. To me it was ok. The only drawback is the parking, which is scarce in the nearby surroundings but the waiter told me there was better parking on the street behind the restaurant. Next time I will check it out.More

Cafe 413 offers good food and a very nice place to stay. Pet friendly restaurant. Food was excellent the only thing is that you need to wait between 45min or 1hr to get the food. Out of that everything is good and the service is...also great. Is a nice place to visit again.More

Went for breakfast, good service, good coffee, jd the veggie omelette and the ingredients were fresh but it needed something to make it great. Pancakes tasted like boxed pancakes. Very good fresh juices!

Good morning! This spot was highly recommended. I ordered the brunch special, The wait was so long. My eggs were cold. Absolutely cold. The waitress offered to return them. Why would I wait another 45 minutes? Wouldn’t go back.

I loved the surfing pics on the wall but the service and food was meh. My daughter and I had AMAZING food white in Puerto Rico. This was just not one of them. There are a variety of options and maybe what they need to...do is choose a genre and stick to it. My daughters BLT came without the B?! My tacos were just ok. Service was horribly slow.........and they never came around to check on you and see if you needed anything. (That’s server 101!).More

I have never been to any restaurant anywhere in the world where I can’t get eggs cooked the way I want them. They had a steak and eggs special but the steak had to be medium and the eggs had to be over easy. What?...To make it worse, I could have over medium eggs with other plates, but not with the special. That ridiculous! It’s a shame because I’ve been there several times and like their food, but this was unacceptable. If it wasn’t because I was with 4 other people, I would’ve gone somewhere else.More

No reservations required. It's a very casual place - right on the downtown plaza.
