Shelby W sounds like an awful customer. You're on an ISLAND, so sometimes service is a bit slow EVERYWHERE - but it doesn't give you an excuse to be so CHEAP and leave a paltry TWO dollar tip for some poor server. Something tells me...that is the norm for her. Island living is slower and it's something that you need to know and live with - it's part of WHY you're getting AWAY from the craziness of city life and are on vacation! I've been to this many times over the years and it's always been great - the people, music, drinks, and food! Some people just don't get it.More

This is a small walk from the lighthouse and a nice beach bar. They have Medalla for $2. I had the shrimp tacos and fries and they were excellent. My daughter enjoyed her steak sandwich. A nice location with a relaxed atmosphere.

While on a vacation with my mom we met some new friends from our hotel and all decided to go here. We visited on an open mic night and I had a blast. It was a very casual open mic where locals and visitors all...jammed together and the blend of music was pretty great! Shout out to the Wine With Sue band from New York and Evan (from the voice) for thoroughly entertaining us all! Highly recommend the tacos! Between the group we tried them all and they were good! Also, we were told this is a great area to whale watch. We didn’t see any, but maybe you can get lucky. Definitely visit if you can!More

We visited here quite a few days during our stay. It was like a great gathering place for all kinds of people. Lots of good, friendly conversations. Good bartenders (my favorite was Cesar) and Devin and Justin were good too. I met the owner and...she was very friendly and sweet! I thought the food was good and this place had the best rum punch (plenty of guava to balance out the acidic orange juice) and just a short parking lot walk to Maria's Beach where you can view awesome surfing!!!! This was my favorite hang out spot.More

We had lunch there and it was a bit busy, the bartender / waiter was very nice and worked really hard to serve everyone... the beer was cold but our chicken burrito was totally flavorless ... location location location...

This IS the place when you think of a beach bar! Right on the water, outside with incredible sunsets! Good eats as well. We were treated by the sounds of the Daniel King Trio......awesome is all I can say. Those guys were great! Would go...back in a minute.More

This place is so cute! Great views of the beach and sunset! We went during happy hour and got the “famous” rum punches which were good and very strong! Our waiter Megan was super friendly and nice!!! We would seriously go back just to visit...her! Thank you for your hospitality!More

A tourist Mecca next to popular surf beaches. Tuesdays draw a crowd for open mic night. Basic bar and surf food. No mojitos or locals here. Noisy, fun spot if you want to play it safe.

This place was great, they have live music every night, and cold cheap beer. We had a good times both nights we went!

Again a group of 6. Walked right in and found a table even though the place was crowded. More people there for the bar than the food it seemed. Live music playing in the background, and a variety of food. Not typical bar fare, but...then you are on an island.More

I am so sorry, Cindie passed away Nov. 1, 2018. She will be missed by all her friends and all the wonderful dogs she rescued. She was a big help to me when we rescued our pup, and a great friend, too.
