We sat on the deck and enjoyed some amazing craft cocktails. We had been there once before, and our server remembered us and made some recommendations based on what we'd had the last time. Every item was exquisite. Delicious and beautiful! Ended the meal with...key lime pie - the brulee topping made it the best I've ever had. Love this place!!!More

We ate here 2 days in a row.... it was that good on day 1 and just as good the 2nd time around. Sat at the bar, had amazingly attentive service. The Rum Old Fashioned was delicious! We ordered the Sorullito and pork loin, the...duck and the fish special, the salad and ceviche.... all truly wonderful. We lucked out and met the owner of the restaurant who helped us order and couldn't have been nicer. The restaurant is unassuming; attention is on the food and service at this establishment. Chef Abel brings many influences from his time living overseas. Bravo to the whole crew!More

After enjoying a long day on the beaches of Rincon, a dinner that feeds your desire to explore and learn is worthy, Estela is the perfect restaurant to satisfy both desires. This restaurant in the west is unique and different due to its varied menu...that starts with a selection of fresh ingredients from the island. Ingredients that will offer you a rich experience of native flavors. Selected by the restaurant from different farmers that cultivate exquisite and fresh ingredients. Letting you know that they want to offer you the best experience on your visit. Also, Chef Abel's creativity will bring the ingredients to life by creating unique dishes that will leave you open-mouthed. For each bite you take, you will be thinking about the next one. What makes this restaurant stand out is the varied menu that changes every month to reinvent itself and surprise all its public, even for the regulars. In addition, the kitchen staff, the waitresses, the bartender will treat you like royalty with their attention to detail and service. In the end, Estela is the restaurant you should go to to satisfy your sense of exploration in the kitchen. I assure you that you want to return as soon as possible, because you'll want to taste a new dish or even the same one. One thing is for sure: I'll be back. P.S. If you find their key lime pie available, order it. You won't regret having yourself one, even if you're cheating from your diet.More

Take a break from the city and head to Rincón to experience flavors from other corners of the world prepared beautifully by Chef Abel and JC Biver. At the bar, we like it hot and cool it down with a Puntarita. From the locally sourced...menu savor the scallops tiradito, the vegetable menestra, the red snapper in bacalao broth, and the juicy arroz con pato. For the sweet part of the experience ask for the chocolate orange flan with rose water foam and amaranth crocante. We felt safe and welcomed by the staff who always procured to comply with the COVID protocol. Will be back! Matilde and EdisonMore

Estela is one of the best culinary experiences that can be found not only in the western area, but on the island. Chef Abel took time to explain every detail of the dishes ... being a unique experience in each bite. The kitchen staff, the...waitresses, the bartender ... treated us like royalty. Recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious, different food, with the flavors of here but at a high and unique level. Congratulations to the Estela team! We will be back!More

Visited Estela for dinner twice in the last month and it was absolutely delicious both times. Our waitress was delightful as well. Everything was great from the appetizers and cocktails to desserts, will definitely be going back soon!

it won't hurt you to call in case there is an unexpected rush. I have never reserved and always find a table, but better be on the safe side.
