Wow. Impressive cuisine, all the flavors were on point. The stars of the night were the lamb dish (so original!) , the tobacco dessert (surprisingly good!), and the hibiscus drink. We loved everything we tried. Kenneth our waiter was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely...come back every time we visit Rincón. Don’t miss it!More

I don’t have enough words to describe such pleasant experience. Starting from cocktails and salad, continuing with the duck and the lamb, and ending with an unique dessert made with a touch of tobacco, and a delicious key lime pie, the whole experience was spectacular....I am a foodie person and so demanding about flavors, and I just can say that chef Abel has no comparison, he is the best by far!!! Also want to mention all the details and good manners of the personnel; my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary with my daughter, and they treated us so special. It really was the best choice for the occasion!!! Thanks Abel and Lauren for an spectacular evening!! Jessica, Albert and EstefaníaMore

Great spot for some fancier food. Incredible flavor profiles. This spot is has a “normal” menu as well at a vegan menu also most of the food is gluten free if you have any dietary restrictions. Basically whoever you are I would highly recommend it....If you get a chance to call for a reservation in advance I would on a weekend. You will probably still be seated but there may be a bit of a wait. Enjoy!More

Estela never disappoints. Friendly and helpful service, farm to table ingredients and creative cuisine make for an unforgettable experience. Lauren, our server, was spot on in all her recommendations. The gnocchi appetizer and their take on Caesar salad, the scallops and all the desserts were...spectacular. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in PR.More

Given the TA reviews we were excited to eat at Estela. While the staff were all very nice, the food was very mediocre. Overcooked lamb paired with undercooked eggplant, steak that was good, but for $45 should have been great. I could go on, but...bottom line is the quality vs price ratio at this place is way out of wack. There are MUCH better choices in Rincon.More

This is a high-end restaurant but in a casual, side of the road location. The food is excellent and our server was great. Creative, small menu. We'd go back if in Rincon again!

We enjoyed a relaxing, delicious dinner on the porch with excellent service. The staff could not have been nicer and both the wine and food were excellent, with very nice presentation of each dish. We would highly recommend. We did mostly very casual "beach bar"...and smoothy-stand dining during our 3 weeks in Rincon, but wanted a special night out and this was a great choice.More

We enjoyed this little restaurant in the middle of Rincon area. Wait staff provided some great recommendations. Make sure to make reservations as it’s a small restaurant and limited availability.

We just had our anniversary at this place and Kenneth and the rest of crew were amazing. Where to start? The drinks are first class, the appetizers started it off with a bang, the main course blew our minds and the desert was next level....You could tell a lot of thought went into the flavors and balance of the whole meal from start to finish. 👏 Trust me try the Tobacco Custard desert. Probably top 5 deserts I've ever had and I don't really like custard. The chef is going for Michelin level and if it stays at what we just experienced I could see it happening. This place is a gem. 💎 Bravo to the whole team and thanks for an amazing experience we will be sure to tell all our friends about and look forward to coming back. 👑🍻More

Overrated. Snobby staff. Food was mediocre and very expensive. There are so many better places in Rincon that are authentic and have better food.

Fantastic menu variety. Fine dining ambiance and service which are pretty hard to find in Rincon. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here - apps and entrees were on par with a five star restaurant in NYC. However, desserts need a bit more variety.

We always end our stay in Rincon with a trip to our favorite restaurant, estela, on our last night. I wish we had pushed for a table outside because the inside seems a bit lifeless with Covid- we felt safe but it was so sparse...and quiet. The food is always incredibly creative which definitely takes some risk but sometimes the chef seems to go a bit too far. Three of our meals were wonderful but my daughter's steak was inedible (not cooked the right way for the cut) and a dessert that involved tobacco was way off the mark. The restaurant is definitely a foodie paradise and worth a visit.More

And is says, “Estela is culinary Nirvana.” After enjoying dinner at another awesome Rincòn restaurant, our car was parked away from the beach house we were renting and so we took a roundabout return. Halfway back, from the dark recess of the curvy road shone...an ethereal blue light… we slowed to see it was the back lit glow of Restaurant Estela’s outside bar. We turned around to get a closer inspection. Intrigued, a quick online search produced an extraordinary menu with a great vegetarian offering. Made a reservation for the next evening. Kenneth graciously greeted us and offered us a corner patio table. Dorcas enthusiastically guided us through the food and cocktail menus. We watched bartender Joshua craft our drink selections with a surgeon’s precision and then present them like a proud father releasing his offspring into the world. The following parade of appetizers, entrees and dessert entertained and fascinated our eyes and tastebuds. The flavor complexities and pristine presentations are too difficult to realistically convey… but I will say, the sugar cane, tobacco-infused, custard-like dessert was beyond this realm. We reluctantly left Estela and its awesome energy and staff, but took with us an evening that will long be remembered and cherished. Muchas gracias!More

Really enjoyed our evening at estela. Our waitress Dorcas, in particular, was excellent. The food was yummy. Only downside is the value - it felt a little overpriced!

Two weeks ago we were there and all restaurants required proof of vaccine. Even when sitting outside and including this restaurant. It was law for them they said.
