After reading all the good reviews I still tried to avoid eating here as I was trying to get more local food and more fish. But I relented and I’m glad I did. Had my best meal of the vacation here. Sat at the bar and received very good service while drinking an Argentinian beer. It was also fun to swap stories with a couple other surfers at the bar, it was a good atmosphere to relax and enjoy a great meal. Salad and potatoes that I ordered with my steak had very good flavor and the steak was amazingly good. Cannot remember what they called the dessert but it was some type of chilled cheese/milk and almond concoction, whatever they called it, it was very good. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I dined here when they were in the plaza. We have not been back to Rincon since they moved and we panicked when it was no longer there. Thankfully we found it, the service is amazing and the food is delicious makes our steak restaurants back home pale in comparison.
We enjoyed the ribeye and skirt steak, the wine was flavorful and the atmosphere was engaging. I spilled my wine and they were attentive and had spray to help me out. No stains thanks to their quick thinking.
We love the food, the staff and the experience, it is a relaxed evening...savor it, don't rush it.
I would recommend making reservations they are busy.

Made reservations and got there on time. Usual COVID precautions. Great locally made bread. My wife had skirt steak (churrasco) and I had filet mignon (bife de lomo) with fried yuca sticks. Girls had hamburgers. Everything tasted great. Girls had flourless chocolate cake and polished it off. Great night out. Friendly service.

The appetizers were good, but the quality of the steaks and the flavors were not worth the price. I ordered the skirt steak medium rare and it was rare. I don’t mind that, but the flavor wasn’t there. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye medium and it was medium rare. We both decided that it was just ok. Another thing, we check the menu beforehand and the prices were not the same. My steak was originally $19 and it was $29. The ribeye was $32 and was $43 at the restaurant. The waitress was very nice but, she suggested, as directed by the chef,that we ordered the appetizers and the main course at the same time. We didn’t want to thinking that both were gonna come at the same time. The girl, again, not her fault, insisted that the chef knew when to serve. Well, we still had appetizers at the table when the food came. We complained to the waitress and she sincerely apologized. For a just ok steakhouse, not worth the price.
But, the desserts were great.

We arrived on time and were immediately seated, something that doesn't usually happen around here. Service was prompt, friendly, courteous and we never felt rushed.
Appetizer was an order of its chorizo parrillero or Argentinian sausage and it was superb, juicy and cooked to perfection, and of high quality. I had a ribeye which was cooked to perfection, well-seasoned and of good size. There are other cuts of steaks, with an ample selection available. One in our party asked for the skirt steak with the fat cap on. It was different from those prepared by other Argentinian restaurants (smaller, the fat cap was not as crispy) but it tasted well.
The ambiance is very cozy and has ample outside seating for those who prefer the safety of the outdoors in these times of COVID.

The food was amazing! We were a family of four, with one vegan member. We ordered the skirt steak and filet minon, and the temperature was spot on, with no running juices at the table set. The side dishes were also tasty and cooked very well. We moved on and ordered dessert, with similar results. Loved the service and the waitress attention to our detailed questions. Will definitely come back again when in the Rincón area.

Parrilleria Vacas Gauchas was recommended to us months ago, but we were finally able to try it. It did not disappoint! You almost miss it when you drive by because it is hidden behind lush plants which adds to the vibe mod cool interior vibe. The food was excellent. We ordered the goat cheese appetizer and rabbit croquettes and the lamb ravioli. All amazing. For dinner we had the NY aged strip and the prime rib accompanied by grilled potatoes. All were expertly prepared and very tasty. Add a glass of the house made Sangria and topped off with the lavender creme brûlée and their gelato for dessert. Service was amazing. I would call ahead for a table. We will definitely be back!! Maybe next time we will sit outside.

Consistently great meals. Staff are friendly, professional and saw to our needs. Tony was attentive, answered all our questions and truly was a great representative of the restaurant.
The salads, soup and escargot were exceptional as were the perfectly prepared skirt steaks and sides. Great Wine List. Don’t miss this gem. You will not be disappointed.

Tonight 5 friends went to dinner; Firstly, with only two tables active, it took them 45 minutes to serve us.
We have ordered beef eyes and prime chorizo beef (5 in total). After the long wait, and the waitresses doing nothing, they brought us the salty dishes, the meats were not to the point we had requested. The treatment of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They have had to review our account twice due to their errors that they have finally corrected although at first they denied it. And the most surprising thing is that they have added 18% of tips directly to the account, without even consulting with clients what the desired amount to contribute is. By the way, the waters are 9 dollars, an off-market price without a doubt. I do not recommend this place as there are so many magical and good places in Rincón.

Excellent tapas, steak and pasta - we shared a little bit of everything and were not disappointed. Full bar with large selection of tragos, wine and beers. Overall a wonderful experience. Calling ahead for reservations is recommended.

Our last night in Rincon this restaurant provided a great experience. The service was warm and professional and the food was excellent. Every aspect of our evening was superb, and when a rain storm arrived one of the waitresses offered to drive us back to Villa Cofresi near by. We wish we had come earlier in our week as we would have returned. We highly recommend!!

Food, beverages and service was great at this local gem. We tried their duck, tuna, file mignon, shrimp and duck. All were very good. Their appetizers were even better. Enjoyed some beef ravioli, escargot, provoleta and Ceti fish. Each absolutely amazing. We will definitely be returning!

This place has the best food and desserts. The ambiance is great too, very nice for date night. Our server Alaira was very professional and made excellent suggestions. Food was delicious and didn't wait too long. We will return for sure.

Very surprised!!! I was in Rincón planning to visit another restaurant but having coffee in another place this was recommended and it was a great decision. Their food is an experience. The use of truffles it’s a plus experience.
