Our visit to The Red Flamboyant was OK. The food was good but nothing special. If you're looking for authentic Puerto Rican food it is the place to go. Our waiter was very friendly and we enjoyed our visit.

We were a group of 8 so we called to know if the restaurant was too busy and they told us to come. We first went to the bar until our table was set and they called us, the bartender offered us some speciality drinks and then we went to our table. (Like 15 minutes)The dining room is very tropical... More

We had Sorullos de Maiz and Fish Bites for appetizers and they were really good! For main course we had the Mofongo filled with fish and a Chillo Frito with Rice and beans and tostones de pana..Yeah..We were a little hungry but everything was excellent. Really recommend this place. From someone who grew up in the west of Puerto Rico... More

Good drinks and appetizers. We love tostones in any form and had not had breadfruit tostones....they were amazing! Wonderful service. It was nice to be able to eat outside on the deck, but I was a little concerned about mosquitos.

What an awesome place. Everything was so delicious and so was the desert. My whole family loved it. The presentation of food was also very delightful. We will definitely be back throughout our stay.

I wanted to go here because I was looking forward to whole fried red snapper. I wasn't disappointed...it was fresh, well seasoned and presented nicely. My family ordered paella which was cooked nicely and had good flavor as well. We ordered a third dish with chicken breast stuffed with sweet plantain and had like a mushroom sauce that was ok,... Average food, friendly staff. For me an average restaurant at Rincon. Good for families. Try the piononos with a side of rice and beans.

We ate here twice during my 5 day stay in the area!!! Seating was very quick both times although dinner on a Wednesday night was much more busy than on a Saturday night!!! I'm not sure the reason. The first time I had the fried snapper with roasted veggies. It was to die for!!! My husband had the Mahi Mahi... More
