Parwa Restaurant is a community restaurant, owned by the rural community of Huchuy Qosqo, in the Lamay District, in the province of Calca, in the Cusco region, Peru. The business initiative was launched in 2013 by the International Foundation Planeterra, with the active participation of all local families belonging to the community of Huchuy Qosqo.
