I had the oysters and the sampler platter at lunch. The food was lovely, the ambiance enchanting and the wines were great. Sadly, the service wasn't great. Definitely a nice lunch if you find yourself on waiheke

We had a private dinner here where we dined outdoors and basically had the whole place to ourselves. The overall experience with the sunset and Auckland in the distance was really great. The food and wine were great of course. This is where you want to end your day on Waiheke island.

Scallops and Porkbelly appetiser's perfect. Lamb rib main was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, but much too small. I could have eaten two serves and not have been full.

If you love good food and strolling around beautiful gardens then Mudbrick is worth a visit. The topiaried gardens are beautiful and the sea views spectacular. You have a choice of eating at the (much pricier) a la carte restaurant offering more substantial meals or the casual (cheaper) bistro cafe for something lighter i.e. sharing platters, desserts etc. Each located... Thank you to the staff at Mudbrick. I booked lunch for my husbands 40th bday. We had wonderful food and wine to match. The service, our waitress was gorgeous and so attentive. Apologies I forget her name. We visited your winery on 31 May. Highly recommend for long lunch, one should not hurry such things! Your wines are some of... More

We really enjoyed a platter for one and a Vietnamese quinoa salad to share between the two of us sitting out on the terrace with the most beautiful views looking back towards Rangitoto and the city. We had fabulous warm weather too even though it was June. What a lovely lunch!

We went to Mudbrick Vineyard Restaurant as part of our Gourmet Food and Wine Tour of Waiheke Island from Ananda Tour Company. I've only seen Tuscany in pictures but this place made us feel we were eating a Tuscan meal, sipping wine, tasting cheese, eating ceviche and prosciutto from the restaurant amidst lavender fields, olive trees and the stunning vineyard... Whenever I head to Waiheke for a special occasion I book it at the Mudbrick. I have had so many birthdays there! And taken many a visitor to our fair land there. Delicious food and wines, great service, incredible views, lovely ambience. It really is a magical place. As a vegetarian I really appreciate that the vegetarian options are truly... More

We happened to be staying right across the street from Mudbrick and my mom and I decided to treat ourselves to dessert one night. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and there are amazing gardens out front. I got the deconstructed pavlova and it was just as beautiful as it was delicious. After... More
